SfanS Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 Sorry, I hope this is right place to ask this, but it's not entirely to do with BTTB,.....well sort of...I"ll spit it out! I want to make screen caps, but how do you do it? I have episodes, where do I go from there? Quote
-Chris- Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 you can simply press the "printscreen" button if your not going to do it much, then crop the screen picture, otherwise download something like powerdvd, where you run the episode in and press the cap button, it saves the file to a folder you specify Quote
Eli Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 Powerdvd? is that better than VLC? I use VLC, but it's so slow, it takes ages to load an episode and to make screencaps... Is powerdvd free? Quote
Amir Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 ^Actually, I have both programs, and I find VLC alot easier to use. Quote
~Rosey~ Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 I'm downloading my first epidsode now, will it work on Windows Media player? Because I dont have any of the other programs :| Quote
SfanS Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Printscreen? Remind me to check for that next time...thanks! My eps play on window media player, so i think so, Rosie... Quote
Eli Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 I have tried printscreen, but that doesn't work for me if I use Windows media player. The thing I didn't like about VLC (except for how slow it was) was that there wasn't a screencap button, so you have to go to the menu. I used WinDVD for a while and it has a screencap button, but WinDVD can only make screencaps from a few filetypes... Quote
