We thought that ourselves at first when the board was upgraded, the option to Forward PM's is now in a dropdown box. Just click on the members name who sent you the PM and you'll see it there

In the options sections of "My Controls",could someone please tell what "purchase paid subsriptions" are?

We have the ability to offer paid subscriptions, so for example we may offer more forums or features to those who purchase a subscription to the forum. However, we haven't set this up, nor do we see need to, so there aren't any options on that page.
