But the worst thing about mum's are the way they talk to you when your in the other room, and you can't hear them so you say pardon, and they say it again and you still say pardon but this time louder and they go there's no need to shout I'm not deaf. They suddenly are behind you! I hate it when my mum does that!

My ex didn't mind having sex when I was on my period, but I think it's icky and am really glad there's no way my fiance would entertain the idea!

I got 'The Talk'......my Mum going on about how she 'doesn't want me to make the same mistakes as she did', which is all very well, but I don't if it's just me, but hearing about your mother's life in pretty graphic detail is not my favourite passtime!

XxX

Haha, I never had the 'Birds and bees' talk with my mum, my bestfriends mum did that to me :P lol

My mum only said this once

"You know when people drink, they do silly things, well. I need a cop of coffee" - And that was all I heard :P Hehe..

Gypsy & W:

Yeah I know, and all the nagging about it later.. argh.

When I was about 12, my mum told be that I must never have sex unless I'm 'making love'.

That's kind of sweet... But maybe not for a 12 year old :P

I can't remember talking about it with my mother, I know I did at some point, I just can't remember.

I remember being shown a video of how babies are made though, it wasn't pornographic, just showed a naked couple, who looked a bit sheepish, then it was all scientific stuff of what happens inside the body when you have sex, how the baby develops, then at the end it showed childbirth! I must have been about 7 at the time! lol

I remember when I went to the doctors to go on the pill when I was 16. The doctor said "does your boyfriend know how to use condoms?" to which I replied... "he's 26, of course he knows how to use a condom!"... the doctor gave me a disapproving look! lol

I just had my period, I have sore bits round the very tops of my legs and the bottom of my bum next to my bits :-( I hate sanitary towels, but I can't use tampons, I pretty much pass out if I try to insert them!

When I came on my period this time though, I was at the pub and they don't have a machine in the toilets and I didn't have a pad with me, so I had to use toilet paper. It's a good job my period is light on the first day... by the time I got to the next pub (who also have no machine!) I was in the toilet removing bits of tissue that were stuck to my bits because I'd just shaven so it just stuck to my skin!

Sorry, that was probably too much information!

:o:P

At school we had this Playdo video about sex and masturbating (sp?) it was hilarious to watch.. :P

Hmm I wonder how the boy video was (it was one video for the girls, and one for the boys)

They showed you a video about masturbation?!? Weird!

I don't remember being shown any videos about sex at school.

We had a talk when we were 11 with these women who gave us free sanitary towels and booklets about puberty. Then we had a similar thing in secondary school a year later!
