Marieh Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 I have actually eaten dog LOL. It's quite nice, it just tasted like chicken (although maybe that has something to do with the fact that my parents didn't tell me it was dog until after I'd finished it because they knew that if I knew then I wouldn't eat it!). Although, my favourite 'strange' meat has to be reindeer. Although I did feel a bit bad 'cos it was near Christmas at the time (I think it was a present from one of my Dad's Finnish cat (not the animal - the car part!) suppliers) and Dad sang ' Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' all the way through. But it was very nice all the same LOL. Reindeers: Don't feel sorry for eating them, eat them, EAT them, I hate those basters..! Urgh.. But I wont eat them myself I saw how they got massacred when I was 12, and the people who did it toss the guts on me *cries*.. I eat the meat *blushes*, but I don't like people reminding me of it.. I've tried rabbit and hare, just tasted on it and whent to throw up. It was 2 months after one of my rabbits had died (if I remeber correct) and I just couldn't eat it (but I knew it wasn't my rabbi )

I know Everytime I'm making dinner something always 'falls' on the floor Ooooh, and their great to make all the Rudolphs around our house go away, I sometimes just open the door and "oooobs, I forgot the dog hates them, well I guess I have to wait for here to come home now becuase if I run after her, I'll never get her" ..
MarMar Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 Not that uncommon to eat reindeers here... Sorry for my recent rant.
MarMar Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 What about sheeps insides and oatmeal. Yumm. Nah, we're not that primitive!
Ryan Posted May 14, 2006 Report Posted May 14, 2006 Do you know that some parts of Scotland are nearer to Norway than they are England.
