I dont hang around on the streets and get drunk, im definitley an indoor girl, I like watching my dvd's and stuff.. I spend alot of time with my mum I was out all weekend when I was 13-14 then last year (?) something in my hea said 'click' and I found out who/what I really was, I then started staying inside after schools and in the weekends. I'm not saying tha I weren't sosial, I just became really quiet for some time..
Jess Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 I don't really go out that much either, and I'm not exactly 'introverted' LOL. I dunno, I just prefer to be at home than out (maybe it has something to do with the fact that my feet don't exactly like spending the day walking around town...but that's besides the point!)....I dunno....but anyway, I've had my hair cut tonight (just though I'd let you all know LOL) I would post a pic, but I can't be bothered right now, maybe later.... What's everyone up to tonight? Anything fun? XxX
Gypsy & Will Fan Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 I never go out at weekends, I just like staying in and talking online or hanging with my mum, but today I went out the the corner shop by myself for the first time this year, I'm quite proud of myself actually.
TabbyCool Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 Nothing fun... I'm revising for an exam I have on Thursday. The subject is really dull though and I don't think it will ever be useful to me, like ever! But I have to study for it because I need to get good marks so I can get a good degree. I'm currently on track for a 1st, so I have to work hard and keep my fingers crossed! Penny, it's great that you went out by yourself, it must be quite a big step for you really. I know you didn't go very far, but it's good that you did it, you must be feeling more confident in yourself recently :-)
HeavenlyAngel Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 I will just be revising for a little test for Biology on the parts of the eye... Also ive got a real R.E exam next week and my predicted grade for that was an A or B so im going to revise for that later too... Im not unsocial or a loner I just dont go out alot with my friends but I prefer it that way I like to have time with my thoughts lol
Jess Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 I'm now into my final week of Year 11 *sob*.....I finish on Friday...but it's a bit stupid calling it 'study leave' really 'cos my first exam is on Monday afternoon...my Music Listening paper. Then I have Tuesday off, then Italian Listening and R.S. Paper 1 on Wednesday (I think) so I really should be revising for them, but I really can't be bothered LOL. I don't really see the point of trying to identify which part of the Indian raga a bit of music comes from, or how Italian verbs are conjugated, but I guess I don't really have that much choice on the matter.....unfortunately...... Penny: Well done on walking to the shops, that's a huge achievement, I'd be terrified of falling over and making a prat of myself.....so I just get my mates to go for me....I'm 16 and I really should be able to by now, but I can't. But anyways, well done, I'm sure that's been a huge confidence booster!
Gypsy & Will Fan Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 Tabby it was a big step, so much so I phoned mum at work and shouted down the phone that I went out by myself and she started crying LOL! So when she got in, she had bought four boxes of Cadbury's milk trays to eat while we watch Neighbours and Home & Away!
