i have never gone to the gym, i'm too thin people tell me!!

To the fact you thin has no bearing on excersise,

We need to a bit of the victous excersise, to keep us supple, bones and mucles strong

To the fact you thin has no bearing on excersise,

We need to a bit of the victous excersise, to keep us supple, bones and mucles strong

Although exercise can be dangerous if you're too thin (not that I've ever had the problem myself - I love food too much!), it can damage your joints and stuff.

Because if you're too thin, your joints can go funny and high impact exercise will damage them. That's always what I've thought anyway. I may be wrong though :)
