^^ LOL, that would be exactly what my Mum would have to do if she ever left me home alone for any significant period of time. This is the girl that can't operate a tin opener...I have been told that it's because I'm left handed or something...apparently it's harder...

Yay,another leftie, lol.I can use a tin opener, but barely and i have difficulty using scissors most of the time.Apparently their made for right handers and you you have to use special left handed ones if you're left handed.

That's so random!

I'm 24 next month so I should really know how to use a washing machine by now...

Speaking of my age, one of the new people in my work thought I was 17! I was so chuffed!

When i moved out of home i was 19 and didn't wash clothes for a week becourse i felt silly asking how to use the washing machine, lol.

I just turned 23 and still get told i'm 16 sometimes,i ain't complaining!

What's wrong Amz?

I'm eating Lindt chocolate and I'm about to have a glass of wine, even though I'm home alone. It's fabulous but lonely

I love being home alone too, Katya. I get loads of peace and I can pig out on chocolate without anyone complaining! :P

I hate being home alone. I feel isolated, insecure and really lonely.

If there is no other reason why your period may be behaving so irregularly (such as you having had unprotected sex or being on the pill, for example), it could be to do with your weight. However, you have to take into account other less obvious causes, such as the stress of exams you have been under in the past few months. I would suggest visiting your GP as soon as possible.

Overweight can influence your period, just like being too thin. There can of course be more "serious" causes, so a trip to the doctor is what you have to do. Not having your period is not normal.

Being home alone doesn't bother me, but if I am, I like to stay downstairs, I don't like being upstairs if I'm in the house alone. (I don't know why)

It can be normal when you're 16 though. There isn't necessarily anything wrong, but it's best to check these things out (not least because if you're worried about it your periods are likely to become even more irregular). Exams are a likely cause, as Liz said. A lot of my friends say that their periods are all over the place when it's exam time. Some have three periods a month, while others have none for months on end. Thankfully being on the pill I don't have that problem!

Yes, menstruation can be irregular in the begining, but judging from her post this has not been the case before. Not all girls experience irregular bleedings. I never did. I started my period at age 10, and it has never ever been irregular.

I've always been irregular but the doctors don't seem to worried about it so i guess it's normal for people with spina bifida.

I used to be on every two weeks since first starting, but once I became regularly sexually active, it sorted itself out.
