I made a bag!

Only took me two hours as well - and this is the first thing I've sewn in years! (I used to make my own skirts back is HS with lace and this really cheap "velvet"-fabric)

I wish I could have got off my butt and done something as productive as that this afternoon! I am suffering from lazy-itis at the moment! Serious lack of motivation going on!

I have a brand new baby cousin. I'm so excited! When I say brand new, I mean not even an hour old yet! I've been looking forward to this baby since I found out about it. My mother think thats she'll get all the baby sitting rights all the time etc etc, and she's away this weekend. I got a text from my Aunt before saying that when my cousin and Baby Ella are settled in at the hospital they're being transfered to, she'll text me and I'll probably get my hands on Ella before Mum does. Fantastic. My mother seems to forget that I'm in my own house now and it's not a freezing cold dump. We have a spare room so Ella can stay here too. And she also seems to forget that there's another cousin in the same city who'll want to look after baby too...Silly mothers.

I love the bag MarMar. Tis brilliant. Love the skulls on it. My best friend would absolutely love it!! It's just so her style. She has so many clothes with skulls on it. The thing is her mum is a graphic designer and she saws some things together for her so it's unique and it really reminds of something she'd love. Anyway it seems you are a lady of many talents. You can not only knit but sew. I'm impressed!!! Well Done!!

Trust me Mar (hope you don't mind me calling you that) you are really good at what you do!! You should be very proud of yourself. TBH I'm just stating the truth. Your work is truly amazing and I hope that you yourself know that. I'm not saying what I say to make you feel better ; I'm being honest and really want you to know that I love what you're doing and I hope you carry on with your skill. I just want to encourage you to carry on with your skills and develop them.
