I've been told its more painful and time consuming to umm... relieve youself when cut.... Yup, because not having the skin means that the penis will get used to friction from clothes etc... But I did know that you last longer because you're less sensitive, but I thought it was becasue you lost the nerves in the skin when it was removed.
