Aside from the fact that he is (supposedly) incredibly good looking, what does the character really have going for him that makes his so irreplaceable and fanatstic? If the actor wasn't as good looking, would he have so many fans?

They're down to earth and I just have fun watching them. For me the Holdens were like a breath of fresh air after all that Kim/Hayley/Scott/Amanda drama rama.
