Chapter one hundred and three.

Gypsy and Sally sat in the bathroom still talking hugging. “So I didn’t tell anyone else, not Tom or dad,” Gypsy said as she pushed her hair behind her ears. “But why? You let him get away with it,” Sally said as she wiped her tear stained face with a flannel. “If my mum didn’t believe me, why would they?” Gypsy said as she stood up to look at herself in the mirror. “Because there decent people,” Sally said looking at Gypsy. Gypsy scoffed at her. “Decent? Tom is, but dad is just as bad as mum,” Gypsy said as another lot of tears formed in her eyes. “Why?” Sally said turning around quickly, surely there wasn’t more to this story.

“It started a few months after I was raped,” Gypsy stuttered looking down at the floor and shaking as she said the word rape, “I knew something wasn’t right, and I just wanted it to go away, but it wouldn’t it was there, growing inside of me, taking my life away from me, I wanted to cut it out, this thing ruining my life,” Gypsy said as more and more tears fell down her cheek. “You were pregnant,” Sally whispered in shock

Gypsy nodded. “When my parents guessed I was already six months gone, I couldn’t hide it anymore, the look on my dad’s face said it all, he looked so disspointed, so disgusted with me, my mum she just said over and over again, what will the neighbors say, they didn’t once ask me how I was feeling, what I wanted to do, it all got taken care off for me,” Gypsy said as she struggled to breathe through the tears. “Didn’t they ask who the father was?” Sally said as she handed Gypsy the flannel.

“Dad did, I lied I said it was someone from school,” Gypsy said sniffing away the new tears that were forming in her eyes, “they made my life a living hell, calling me a dirty slapper, tart, hoe, everything like that, I didn’t want to disappoint them now, did I? So I turned into just that, mini skirts, tops that you could see my tits out off, make up like I was a clown, sneaking out to clubs, shagging anyone that had a dick, all that just to get him out of my mind, and so I didn’t have to be with my mum and dad anymore.”

“What happened to the baby,” Sally asked dreading to find out the answer. “I was in the bath one day and I saw my stomach move, and I felt the baby kick, from that moment on, I stopped hating the baby, I started loving it, I started talking to it, telling her all things will do, like go to the seaside,” Gypsy said as the tears fell down her cheeks and her heart felt like it was breaking into two. “Did she die?” Sally said not quite knowing why she said that.

“It would have been easier for me, if she had of died, no she didn’t,” Gypsy said looking solemnly at Sally, “When I went into labour, I was with my mum, but she was wasn’t sympathetic, she didn’t hold my hand and tell me, everything was going to be alright, she just gave me this disgusted look, as if to say you bought it on yourself, but I didn’t, I didn’t want him, coming into my room and taking the one thing, I was saving for someone special,” Gypsy said as her heart throbbed more and more with the pain of the story, “as the labour progressed I felt more and more alone, mum didn’t do anything just sat in the chair arms folded as I held on to this nurse, she told me everything was going to be ok, she said I was strong girl, and I could do it, and I could and I did, at 04:45 am I gave birth to my daughter, as they took her away to clean her up, mum said I could name her, and I did, I called her Cassie, for some reason.”

“What happened to Cassie?” Sally said gently, but inside she was so angry, angry at Natalie and Joel for treating they’re daughter like that. “I was holding her and then dad walked in with this woman, she was wearing this suit and had a clipboard, and she didn’t say anything she just took Cassie away from me, and I screamed, I screamed at her to give my baby back, and she didn’t listen, neither did dad, they just walked out, they took my Cassie away.” Gypsy with that broke down again in a fit of tears as Sally again bought her in for another deep and meaningful friendship hug. A hug that her parents should of given her all those years ago.

Chapter one hundred and four.

Gypsy got up and looked in the mirror, in exactly 12 hours time, she was going to marry the man of her dreams, her soul mate, the love of her life, the person that makes her happy. “Look at me Sal, I look a wreck, how am I going to marry the man of my dreams, looking like this,” Gypsy said as more tears filled her eyes. “Relax Gypsy, your going to look so stunning tomorrow ok, its going to be ok, lets clean your face up, put Rachel & Lily to bed and you too bed, and tomorrow you’ll be looking your best ok?” Sally said reassuringly as she stroked Gypsy’s arm.

Sally opened the bathroom door and walked out into the living room and saw the man that made her best friends life a living hell. “Is Gypsy ok?” Will asked as he saw Sally standing at the door way. “She’s fine Will, just excited about tomorrow,” Sally said as she still starred daggers at Harrison who was laughing and joking with Tom while holding Lily, “Oh Will, Gypsy wants you to put Rachel and Gypsy to bed now.” “Yeah in a minute,” Will said as he laughed at a joke Harrison told. Sally’s blood started to boil. “NOW!” Sally shouted not realizing she was going to do.

Everyone looked at her in shock. “Alright Sal, no need to lose your temper over it,” Will said as he got up and took Lily out of Harrison’s arms and walked towards his bedroom, “Rachel bedtime.” “Oh dad, I want to stay up with Harrison,” Rachel said pouting. “Please?” “BED!” Gypsy shouted as she quickly ran out the bedroom as she heard Rachel say Harrison. Rachel kissed Harrison on the cheek and he gave her a huge hug, as he did that Gypsy felt as if she was going to be sick.

Everyone was in bed. Flynn and Sally were lying in their bed, but Sally couldn’t sleep, she too busy thinking about Gypsy, Harrison and Cassie. “Sally, what’s wrong,” Flynn said as he turned over and looked at her. “Nothing,” Sally said as she rolled over to face him. “Really, that’s why you shouted at Will in the living room, spent all evening locked up in the bathroom with Gypsy and now are tossing and turning like your sleeping on hot coals,” Flynn said giggling. “It’s not funny,” Sally said as she turned away from Flynn. “Sally, something’s obviously is bothering you, will you please tell me?” Flynn said getting out of bed and walking around to Sally’s side.

Gypsy and Will were lying in bed, Will as usual was first asleep snoring, but Gypsy was wide awake and looking at her two daughters fast asleep in their own little beds. “Will, are you awake?” Gypsy whispered gently. All she got in reply was a loud snore. Gypsy very quietly got out of bed and walked into the communal kitchen to get herself a cup of tea. When the light suddenly came on she turned around to be confronted with her enemy the person she never wanted to see again.

Chapter one hundred and five.

“Long time no see, Gypsy Roo,” Harrison said as he walked towards her. “Don’t you dare take one step towards me,” Gypsy said as she lent back against the sink. “Don’t be like that Gypsy Roo,” Harrison said as he took another step towards her. “Don’t call me that,” Gypsy said looking at him with such and hatred. “You used to love me when I called you that,” Harrison said looking at Gypsy like he used too all those years ago. “I was thirteen a little girl,” Gypsy said trying not to let him get to her, “I’m a woman, with two kids, a husband, well from tomorrow, I’m not that little kid that used to come bouncing up on your lap, running in from school when I knew you were going to be there, I’m not the same Gypsy Nash, I never have been since the day you took the grandfatherly duty a little bit too far.”

“You bitch,” Harrison said as he touched the side of her cheek. “What, you mean, I’m not your special little girl anymore,” Gypsy said as she tried not to flinch at his touch. “You loved me once,” Harrison said as he took his hand away. “I loved Father Christmas once, but he didn’t touch me up,” Gypsy said feeling herself getting stronger and stronger. “It wasn’t just me, it was you too,” Harrison said trying to reason with her, “walking around in that mini skirt.” “It was my school uniform,” Gypsy said disbelievingly. “And the make up!” Harrison said looking up from the floor. “I used to dress up in my mum’s high heels, when I was three up for it then, was I?” Gypsy said mock laughing.

Harrison walked closer and closer to her and was leaning in for a kiss when Gypsy kneed him in the groin. “I’M NOT SCARED OF YOU ANYMORE!” Gypsy shouted so loudly as tears formed in her eyes, “You can touch me, kiss me, do what you did all those years ago, because I know you can’t hurt me anymore, I’ve got everything you’ve always wanted, and what have you got, nothing.”

“You must really hate me,” Harrison said looking at her up and down. “Hate you, nah I just think you’re a fat old perv,” Gypsy said as she was about to walk out, but was confronted by everyone wondering what all the screaming and shouting was about. “What’s going on?” Joel asked angrily.
