No,she's sane.I don't read any of the j&m fics,they bore me to tears,and this part of the board is 99%full of fics about them.

Having said that,she should be in this one becourse then Kit can take her eyes of Jack.Rachael should come in to so then she can take her eyes of Kim and Get with Noah.They were meant to be i telly ya .All this H&N happiness is enough to make me cry!

Apart from my Noahnot being with Hayley obsesion issues,this is a excelleent fic Penny,update soon .

J/m are'nt the be all and end all you know, there other way worthy characters, and this fic by Penny say's it, you either appreciate her writing or not , but it's so like reading a book,.so much more than !

Chapter one hundred and thirty five.

It was after lunch and everyone was on the top deck sunning themselves, on their sun loungers, everyone was in their swimming costumes except Matilda. “Why aren’t you wearing your swimmers?” Lucas asked as he winked at Jack. “What’s the point of wearing a swimming costume, if I can’t swim?” Matilda said as she looked at him. “Who says you can’t swim?” Lucas said as he tilted his head to one side. Matilda’s quiet and looks at him. “That’s right, no one has said you can’t swim, so Jack and Tony are going to take you downstairs and you can put your swimmers on,” Lucas said looking at her seriously. “Jack and Tony can’t come in my room,” Matilda said shocked. “There not going to perv on you getting ready don’t worry,” Lucas said laughing. “It’s not that,” Matilda said as she started to whisper. “What then?” Lucas said as he whispered as well. “I can’t get dressed by myself,” Matilda said as she buried her face in her hands in shame. “No problem, stay right there,” Lucas said as he ran towards the older members.

“Whose up for a cocktail?” Gypsy asked as she sat up from her sun lounger. “I won’t say no,” Tiegan said as she turned over onto her stomach. “When do you ever,” Joey said laughing. Tiegan hits him playfully on the arm. “I want one,” Rachel said as she looked up from her sun bed. Will sat up immediately. “Oh no you don’t,” Will said as he looked at her. “I’ll just have an orange juice, please,” Jade said as she looked at Gypsy who was finding her flip flops. “Don’t be so boring,” Chloe said as she pulled down her sunglasses from her nose. “I’m not being boring, there’s a reason,” Jade said as she looked at Nick who nodded. “Oh yeah?” Hayley said as she rolled over in interest. “Nick and I are having a baby,” Jade said nervously. “Bloody hell,” Noah said as he sat up immediately. “OH MY GOD!” Chloe, Hayley and Gypsy said in unison. “Why aren’t you shocked Will,” Gypsy asked as she turned towards her husband. “I knew,” Will said as he put a dummy in Lily’s mouth.

“Jack can I have a word?” Lucas asked as walked towards his brother. “Does this have anything to do with Matilda?” Jack asked as he started to laugh. “Yeah, it does,” Lucas said laughing. “How did I guess? What is it?” Jack said as he pulled his sunglasses down. “Well, Matilda can’t get dressed by herself,” Lucas said in Jack’s ear so no one else can hear, to save her any embarrassment. “I can’t do that,” Jack said as he looked at his brother horrified. “I’m not asking you, but do you reckon you could ask one of the girls, to do it,” Lucas said pleadingly. “I’ll see what I can do,” Jack said as he patted him on the back. “Thanks Bro,” Lucas said as he ran towards Matilda. “He so fancies her,” Kim said laughing at Jack.

Jack walked up to Matilda and picked her up gently. “What’s going on?” Matilda asked suddenly. “You are receiving your birthday present from the Holden boys, well Lucas really,” Jack said as he walked downstairs towards the bedrooms. When they arrived downstairs by her and Beth’s room, Jack gently knocked on the door and Kit, Gypsy and Leah opened it. “What are you doing here?” Matilda asked shocked. “Where going to put you in your swimming costume,” Kit said as Jack placed her on the bed. “Right, call me when you’ve finished,” Jack said as he walked out.

Irene and Barry were lying on their sun loungers soaking up the sun rays when Barry sat up. “Fancy a swim?” Barry said as he got up and walked towards the pool. “Your on,” Irene said as she took off her sparkly kaftan and showed of her pink glittery bikini. Irene jumped into the pool and Barry followed her in. Barry got his hands and made a huge splash right in Irene’s face. “Oh you going to play nasty, are you?” Irene said as she swam towards him. “I think I maybe am,” Barry said as she splashed her again. “Oh you want some do you?” Irene said as she splashed him back. “Bring it on Roberts,” Barry said as he splashed her back.

Jack came back up with Matilda dressed in her tropical swimsuit and her hair up in a bun. Jack very gently sat down at the edge of the pool. “Please don’t let go of me, please,” Matilda said scared. “Maddie, I wouldn’t dare, my brother would kill me,” Jack said as he very gently pushed himself into the pool gently. Matilda clung onto him for dear life!

Chapter one hundred and thirty six.

Jack very gently laid Matilda down flat on her back and put his arms underneath her waist. “Please don’t let go,” Matilda whispered to him. Jack laughed. “I won’t I promise,” Jack said as he let her get used to the water. “I found them Jack,” Lucas said as he climbed into the swimming pool. “Ah great,” Jack said as he grabbed one of the arm bands. “DON’T LET GO!” Matilda said screaming. “It’s ok, Maddie,” Lucas said as he grabbed onto her back as Jack started blowing up the armbands. Matilda put her arms out so Jack could put the armbands on her. “Come on Maddie,” Lucas said as he and Jack put their arms under her back and both kicked their legs so they could take her up and down the pool, so she could get used to the water.

Gypsy came back with all the cocktails and placed them down on the table in the middle. “Drinks are served,” Gypsy said as she whipped of her top to reveal her black pushup bikini top. Will walked up behind her and put his arms around her. “Have you forgiven me?” Will asked as he kissed her on the cheek. “For what?” Gypsy said as she looked in his eyes. “For not telling you about Nick and Jade,” Will said as he spun her around, they were right by the edge of the pool. “Give me a hug, and I will,” Gypsy said as she put his arms around him. With that she pushed them both into the swimming pool. “You bitch,” Will said as he came up. Gypsy then came up in hysterics.

“Fancy a swim?” Joey said as he looked at Tiegan. “No, have you seen my afro once it hits water?” Tiegan said laughing as she turned to face him. “Nope wrong answer,” Joey said as he picked her up. “Joey, put me down,” Tiegan screamed. Joey didn’t answer he just chucked her in the pool and then jumped in himself. “You bastard Joey Rainbow!” Tiegan shouted as she came back up. Joey laughed hysterically.

Sally and Flynn looked at each other and smirked. They both got up and ran towards the pool and jumped in holding hands, making a big splash which soaked a sleeping Hayley and Noah. “What the ****?” Noah shouted out suddenly. “Ohhh” Hayley said as she jumped up quickly. “Sorry,” Sally and Flynn said in unison. “We may as well join them,” Hayley said as she stood up. They both jumped in.

Nick and Jade looked at each other and smiled. “Shall we join them?” Jade said as she looked at him. Nick laughs. “Jump in or the stairs?” Nick said as he grabbed her hand. “Stairs, I have a bubba to think about,” Jade said as she walked towards the stairs and walked down the gently. Nick jumped in screaming.

Rachel and Jonathon walked up the stairs towards the pool with their ice cream. “Na mint choc chip is the best,” Rachel said as she licked her mint choc chip ice cream. “Na Strawberry is,” Jonathon said as he too licked his ice cream. “Yuck!” Rachel said pulling a face. “So you don’t want to kiss me then?” Jonathon said winking. “Not when you have strawberry breath,” Rachel said winking, “maybe later.”

Jack and Lucas winked at each other as Maddie closed her eyes was beginning to enjoy the experience. “1, 2,3,” Jack whispered to Lucas, and very gently they let her go and she was floating all by herself. Jack and Lucas smiled at each other. “Way to go Maddie,” Kit said as she sipped her cocktail from the edge of the pool. “That’s it sis,” Robbie said as he wiped a tear away from his eye. “Go on girlie,” Irene said as she looked up at Barry who was walking over to splash her. “You’ve gone haven’t you?” Matilda said suddenly. “Maddie, your doing it, your swimming,” Lucas said as he swam towards her. “I am?” Matilda asked surprised.

Tony tapped Beth on the shoulder. Beth opened her eyes. “Sorry, was I snoring?” Beth said dozily. “No,” Tony said laughing, “Do you have your video camera?” Tony looked at her and smiled. “Yeah, why?” Beth said as she sat up. “Come and have a look,” Tony said as he extended his hand, which she grabbed. Beth got up and the sight that greeted her brought a tears to her eyes. “She’s swimming,” Beth said as she quickly turned on the video camera.

“I’m so proud of you,” Lucas whispered in Maddie’s ear. Maddie was sitting on his lap in the water. “I’m proud of myself,” Matilda said as she looked into his eyes. “Big head,” Lucas said as he wrapped his arms around her. Matilda stuck her tongue out at him, and he laughed at her.

The others were all together splashing each other. Irene and Barry got out of the pool, and looked at each other. “Do you fancy seeing my room?” Irene said as she dried herself of and put on her flip flops. “I think I would like that,” Barry said as he put his t-shirt on. Barry took Irene’s hand in his and they started to walk down the stairs towards the stairs. “Where are you going?” Nick shouted out. “We’re going for a look around the shops,” Irene shouted back. “Alright Irene, we believe you thousands wouldn’t,” Chloe said as she winked at her. “Go on dad,” Kim said as he splashed Kit.

Coming up: Something ruins Matilda’s perfect day, Kit and Gypsy fight, Chloe gets a shock.

Chapter one hundred and thirty seven.

Irene and Barry were lying in each others arms in Irene’s room. “Wow,” Irene said as she looked into his eyes. Barry laughed. “Do you know you have gorgeous eyes,” Barry said as he stroked the hair out of her eyes. “I do now,” Irene said laughing. “And you look gorgeous in your pink glittery bikini,” Barry said as he kissed her forehead. “Flattery will get you everywhere,” Irene says as she kisses him on the lips.

Matilda and Beth were in their room. “I’m so proud of you,” Beth said as she cuddled her daughter. “Thanks mum,” Matilda said as she snuggled in her dressing gown. “Now tell me Maddie, what is going on with you and Lucas,” Beth said as she got up and headed for the mini bar and through her a bar of chocolate. “What do you mean?” Matilda asked as she looked at her mum suspiciously. “He so has a crush on you,” Beth said as she opened the wardrobe and got out her new little black dress. “Well I am cute, so I can’t say I blame him,” Matilda said smiling. “And do you like him?” Beth said as she winked at her daughter. “I’m only seven mum,” Matilda said laughing, “but I will say he is very cute, with his blonde hair and dazzling blue eyes.” Beth laughed. “So enough about me and Lucas, tell me about Tony,” Matilda said laughing. “You can tell where his children get their looks from,” Beth said as she sauntered into the bathroom laughing.

Tony, Jack and Lucas were in their room getting ready for dinner. “So Lucas, tell us what’s going on with you and Matilda,” Jack said as he put his black shirt with white cuffs on. “What do you mean?” Lucas said turning around quickly. “Come on bro, you so fancy her,” Jack said laughing. “I’m only 6,” Lucas said as he ran into the bathroom to do his hair. “But you think she is cute, right?” Jack said as he picked up his aftershave. “Yeah! She has a gorgeous smile, and when she cries her brown eyes go all small and gorgeous,” Lucas said dreamily. “Ohhh,” Tony and Jack say in unison laughing. “So dad, what do you think of Beth?” Jack said as he got his gel out of his bag. “She’s just a good friend,” Tony said laughing. “Mmmm, sure she is, dad,” Jack said laughing.

It was after dinner and everyone was up in the bar after dinner to celebrate Chloe’s and Matilda’s birthday. “How’s your day been so far, love?” Irene asked Chloe who was downing her cocktail. “Brilliant, except the fact I’ve lost my bloody engagement ring,” Chloe said sadly. “I’m sure it will turn up love,” Irene said as she rubbed her shoulder. “I hope so Irene,” Chloe said as she smiled at her mum.

“Shall we open the presents,” Beth says as gets her parcel out of her bag. “Yeah!” Matilda says excitedly. “This is from me,” Beth says as she passes her present over. Matilda rips open her present and finds a blue sparkly cardigan. “Thanks mum,” Matilda says as she smiles at her. “No worries,” Beth says as she smiles at her daughter.

When all the presents have been opened Matilda looks at her mum and smiles. “Haven’t you forgotten someone’s?” Matilda asks laughing. “That’s all of them love,” Beth said gently. “It can’t be,” Matilda said tears filling her eyes, “there isn’t one from dad.” Beth looked at her daughter, tears filling her eyes. “There has to be, he wouldn’t forget my birthday,” Matilda said as the tears rolled down her cheeks. Lucas looked at her and put his arms around her. “I’m sorry love,” Beth said as her heart broke into two.

“He wouldn’t forget my birthday,” Matilda said in tears, “he wouldn’t!” “Get it through your thick head, he doesn’t love us,” Kit said standing up and pointing at her sister, “your father left me, Robbie and mum when you was six weeks old, because you have something wrong with you, he couldn’t even tell her to her face, he left a note in your cot, he married his bit on the side 12 days after his divorce came through, he has 4 children with that slapper, the oldest being 25, he is a cruel, heartless bastard, and the sooner you realize that, the sooner you can move on, and you know what its partly your fault if you hadn’t been born Robbie and I would have had a father,” Kit shouted as she stormed out on the deck outside. Gypsy follows her.

Matilda breaks down in tears on Lucas’s shoulder. “Shh,” Lucas says as he pushes her hair out of her face. As Beth cries on Tony’s shoulder, the rest look at each other in shock, they’re all thinking the same what a bastard Matilda’s father is.
