I really like the hard times one with Brad and Rachel it looks really sweet, and the Belle one is great too.

How do you get this effect?

Damn Marie, that's my secret.

Get the picture you want, then put the writing on it. Select the text, then go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Outer Glow . You can pick colours and stuff, quite nifty!
