I think Jack life will be risked , and then they will have a storyline about somthing that happens to him??? They've done that before, not so long ago. It would kinda be abit overdone, especially because on every promo they seem to say, not only is he risking his job, his risking his life. Why'd you think that? But I do think that there is the possiblity, that should the stalker (Eve) return, that Jack do doubt about it will be envolved because he is a member of Summer Bay's illustrious police force. This could turn into a storyline in which Jack stars with Peter to catch Eve. And Martha would be involve because she is the loving girlfriend who gets kidnapped and he has to rescue her. lol Or they could do all of that and instead of Martha gettting kidnapped, as I previously suggested she could turn to alcohol to carm her worries ala Kirsten on the OC. Actually, the other night (Wednesday) could've been like a sign that there is a possiblity of her becoming a alcholic in the near future. But if the stalker returns, I think Jack & Martha fans will be happy because they are both linked to the stalker & that = screen time.

puja Posted May 6, 2006 Report Posted May 6, 2006 The alcohloic thing has been done so many times already- Irene, Hayley's dad, Kit etc. But as has already been mentioned, I can definetly see Martha and Jack being central characters in this whole 'stalker' saga. Actually, what about this for an idea... Jack has not ever seen Eve/Zoe in person, only through photographs. If we assume Eve/Zoe comes back into the show, completely different (appearance wise), could there possibly be an affair...between Jack and Eve/Zoe? Eve/Zoe would not only ruin the M+J relationship, but she would also be aware of any potential leads the police may gain towards the stalker- i.e. as Jack had done with Martha, he may confide in her about some information concerning Eve/Zoe. That way, Eve/Zoe will always have her back covered. The chances of her being found out...less likely! Its a little far-fetched, but what do you think???

Are you even a j&m fan? lol The theory sounds good but no way!!! Don't like the alcohol thing either. Don't get me wrong they're both great ideas but i really don't want that to happen. Martha being a victim of eve's because of Jack working on the case could be good. Like Eve goes after her to warn Jack to back off, just a thought.
