Your avatars would look so much better if your cropped the picture before resizing it. You do such nice effect, the only problem is that the picture looks squashed.

Thanks for the advice Nim. I was trying to crop them before resizing them but the crop tool on my software program just doesn't seem to work {I work with the GIMP2 and Photo Filter}. All advice is very welcome.
