(As you've seen with the Tammin and the Noah/Hayley) And, I've been continuing.. By request... Robbie/Tash - Beware of the spoiler -> *click!* And the following was me playing! It's not supposed to be a masterpeice! I was just wowed at the different things I could do with Google Images and Photoshop. I guess I went over the top... but I had fun. That's what counts -right people? Look at the ripped-paperness.

I am tempted to use the Luc one... And if I liked Barry, I'd use the Irene and Barry one. And the Beth and Martha one is cool! ...In other words, I love them all! Lol. Cropping and Colouring is fab! My Mallicious review - Crap, you should be ashamed of yourself. These are really not fabbity fab avs. And the colouring isn't amazing. Don't even get me started on the unfabulous cropping. Yes I use curves on pretty much every icon I make. It varies from image to image but I use pretty much any tool I can get my hand on on Photoshop - layers, levels, saturation, colour balance, gradients, etc!

Also, your caps always seem to be perfect, do you take your caps yourself? Nicole, your work is just amazing! There is no other word to describe it better.

I sometimes use pics from other sources if i like them but mainly i get them myself.

-Karen- Posted October 15, 2006 Report Posted October 15, 2006 Nothing too technical.... i just use Windows Movie Maker and click the 'Take Picture' button when i want a shot. It good because you can step through frame by frame to get the exact shot you want. I believe you can also take caps in VLC but its just as easy to use WMM. The quality is not fantastic but its OK for avatars.
