Moving animation

I sound very stupid here, but how do you get those santa hats? It is absolutely gorgeous!

I just found a pic of a santa hat, then draged it over the pic and pressed crtl+t and resized it to fit the pic and erased the parts I didn't want there.

Heres something new:

Oh really? I thought it was a brush.

You could find a brush but then you wouldn't get the two diffrent colours.
