Well, first I add the text I want and then I stroke it:

Press this: All down on the left, then you get this:

Press stroke, and then you'll get this:

I use 1 or 2 px (The color is always set to red but you can change it )

Then when I'm done I use the rectangletool/elipsetool etc etc. And add it on the picture (The text will be set as a new layer so it will work)

I use photoshop 8.0

Did it make any sence?

Thanks for your comments about my Tony and Martha stuff guys I definately think there is potential for a Tony/Martha pairing! I think it would be a very interesting storyline.
