Yes Phoebe can do 'conventional' when she's in the mood. I hope Justin gets the chance to explain why he stood her up. It is only Phoebe who actually knows Justin' and Brody's real names though. I thought thee investigation was still ongoing?

That's the Alf we all know and love.:D  I couldn't help but enjoy his attitude towards Caroline.  I loved the way he was sticking up for Duncan but most importantly I love the way he speaks his mind and is very upfront about how he feels.  And I do also admit I quite enjoyed the fact that he clearly made Caroline feel uncomfortable.  In spite of that and from what we've seen in the previews I'm going to reserve judgement on her until I've heard the full story re Duncan.  So I whilst I enjoyed Alf giving her a semi-serve I did also like the way Roo was being more objective and trying to make her feel welcome obviously for the sake of Duncan's kid.

Even though Nate and Chris are friends it just feels Chris is like a bad smell that won't go away (e.g. reading the reference Tori emailed Nate).   Anyway he decides to dish out more of his "expert" dating advice.  He is actually right about Tori still liking Nate but should Nate be hanging in there when she's made it clear previously that she doesn't want to get involved in anything with him and she's dating Duncan.

Well I'm glad Phoebe didn't lay into Justin when he rocked up late to their date and I was glad she was so understanding as I was expecting her to be quiet judgemental.  I was also pleased when Justin was honest with her about what happened with Decker which was why I was disappointed she decided that she didn't want to be with him.  It's perfectly understandable and reasonable.  I am surprised she chose her heart over her head but maybe because of being with Kyle and Ash previously she's decided that her safety is more important than getting laid.

Subtle was never in Alf's vocabulary!  I love the line he uses in the trailer "You're falling for her Yankee Doodle charm again"!  It's true we don't know the full story and he knows Duncan isn't a saint, but there has to be a good reason why he took against her all those years ago, but now there is a five year old boy to consider.

Nate's email was hardly private and Chris was right Tori did go above and beyond the call of duty in her praise of Nate.  Nate does have baggage but Duncan's has turned up on his doorstep and she may be wise in taking a step back until it's resolved one way or the other. I think the main reason Tori doesn't want to go there with Nate is she is his boss and they work together which is always messy if they break up.

More memory flashbacks for Brody (and he was older than I thought eight) when he heard his mum arguing with this mystery man. That would fit even better with it maybe being Decker. It would explain her telling him not to say anything.  His experience in the bush and the sudden dropping of his crutch just triggered it.

Phoebe knows what is going on with Justin and Decker so that's probably why she was understanding.  He gave her an out and she took it, she does know after all what it is like being involved with criminals - the Braxton's - even though the Morgan's aren't  and that was hairy enough for her.  Maybe once it is all settled they could start again. In the trailer it looked like Decker hands her the note he tried to give Justin.

Dan F, I can see what you say about the witness protection team sorting out new surnames, but how would that have worked for Tori? WPT go along to the hospital and say "This is Dr Morgan, but her certificates say Dr xxxx". Don't worry about that; just employ her, because we say so????

It's organised by the authorities for all identifying documents/qualifications etc. to be reissued in the new name

You can actually read the whole NSW Witness Protection Act if it tickles your fancy

Debatable.  This was a reference sent from a manager to an employee with regards to applying for a job (Presumably she sent that to Nate to proof read).  It's not something that's available for public viewing.  It doesn't matter whether Chris was sitting next to Nate.  Furthermore this was a personal email i.e. something where each user has their username/password which only they know.  This is no different to looking at a message on somebody's mobile phone which of course would be private.

I don't agree.  Tori was seriously considering starting something with Nate previously.  The only reason why she changed her mind was because she saw Kat at Salt and she inadvertently told Tori about herself, Sophie and Ricky.  She didn't have much a problem up until then even though she was working with him.  And this was all after he ended the casual thing with Danica.  When Nate practically poured his heart out to her I don't recall her using the work excuse.  I know Tori has lied about herself and her family re the witness protection thing but I'm assuming she's being honest here.

Yah!  Kat and Phoebe in bikinis.  So that was good but I really didn't like Decker going round to Phoebe's and involving her in the whole thing with the Morgans (Why couldn't he have just given the letter to Brody considering he saw him in the actual episode?).  I also didn't like the way Kat was pressing Phoebe to tell her what was going on with Justin and Decker.  I actually thought Phoebe was going to crack and tell her so considering that she likes to be a motormouth she's done well so far.

I quite enjoyed the scenes with Ash and Kat even though Ash still seems to be going out of his way to help her when I thought considering that they've broken up he should give her some space (I'm not knocking him completely helping her as finding a security job seems more appropriate than working at Salt).  Thinking about Kat jobs situation I'm a bit confused.  She said to Phoebe recently before she started working at Salt that she needed a job to pay the rent.  But she owns half the garage so surely that should help especially if it's enough for Ash to pay the rent.  I'm not sure if he's living at the Braxtons or in a caravan.

I continue to like Roo's objective attitude but I didn't like her discussing Caroline with Leah and Marilyn.  In agreement that the "Yankee Doddle" line was classic.  And whilst I enjoyed Alf again objectively if that had been another character it might have been uncomfortable viewing.  I don't like the fact that Caroline cheated on Duncan but I did feel sorry for her.  She does appear to be genuine and I don't think she's a bad person.  She made a mistake.  She seems to be quite scared and intimidated of Alf.  Can't really blame her.  I think I can be like Alf sometimes.  If I don't like someone, I don't even try and hide the fact I don't like them so I completely get where he's coming from.  I do think Bryce picking up on Alf's attitude towards her was very telling.  And I think Alf realised this when Bryce said he didn't want talk to Alf because he was mean to his mommy.  I do think Alf asking for Roo's advice was a step in the right direction and him arranging to meet Caroline to clear the air was good as well.  But I really didn't like when she was walking off and he basically threatened her again.  Was that really necessary?

Oh and Justin stuffing his face yet again.  Don't understand how he and the other Morgan's are safe according to Decker's conversation with Brody.  If the Syndicate were able to get to Decker so easily and run him off the road into a tree you would assume he was followed so presumably they would have found the Morgans by now...

If Nate had wanted it to be private why read it in the Diner and he could have closed it when Chris started looking at it.

Just as Phoebe has distanced herself from the Morgan's Decker drags her back in.  As annoying as Phoebe can be she can keep a secret when she has to, keeping two at the moment don't forget!  Kat's cop's antenna started twitching of course and Justin turning up looking for the letter turned it up ever further, she admitted to Ash she took a copy of the address Justin was off to, now who's sticking their nose in where it's not wanted? Loved the talk Kat and Billie had on the beach with Billie putting Ash's case across as  a reason why Kat should give him another chance, no-one ticks every box  on someone's want list, I'd be very suspicious if they did. The point Billie made about Ash being the guy to go to if you needed help certainly proved true because who does Kat turn to  take her to 'the address' but Ash.  She's found out Decker is  a Fed but they still have  no idea what they are getting themselves into.  It may be the rat tipped off The Syndicate that Decker was getting too close.  What he tells the local cops when he comes round will depend on how much he feels he can trust them.

Kat may well be getting some income from the garage but she's not the type to sit around doing nothing and would rather be earning. I know Justin has other things on his mind right now but has he stopped working there and Ash could take Matt back on.

It was revealed Brody was nine when he heard his mum arguing with as we saw Decker, it was  eight years before their parents were killed and they have been on the run seven years making him 24, Tori is 30 making her six years older, Justin is the  middle of them and Mason the youngest. Nate, although guessing, said Decker was in his 40's which make even more sense  he knew, was involved, with them, as he would have been in his 20's.  When it came to Tori, Justin, Brody and Mason going into WP was he assigned their case to be their minder or did he volunteer? As an aside I did have to smile when Nate said to Tori she couldn't treat Decker as he was a family friend, excuse me that's never stopped you before! :wink:  You're right Dan F WP (or the Feds in this case) do sort out any documents/papers needed for any new identities. It might explain why Tori was cagey about her last posting.

Although it was good to see Alf back off a bit from baiting Caroline for Bryce's sake, he's still not convinced she's completely changed.  Duncan rather overreacted by accusing Alf of spying in him, he just happened to be passing by and saw them getting what looked like to him, cosy.

Back to Olivia and Tabby who has started her online campaign against Olivia, Olivia's knee jerk reaction to respond, despite Hunter and VJ's advice to ignore it,  brought back echoes of Maddy when she was defending Matt when his sex tape went online.  She was warned to ignore what people were posting because it would only fire them up more but went ahead anyway. Now Olivia is doing the same, it's good both the guys are there for her and actually it spoke volumes that her supposed girl friends are so ready to side with Tabby, who they hardly know and turn against her. Not sure what can be done but Olivia needs to talk to an adult like Irene  who could speak to Tabby's parents.

What are Tori and Mason's real names? Or haven't they revealed them yet.

No we still don't know what their real names are.

Tabby really stepped up her hate campaign against Olivia pretending Olivia was posting saying things about her, luckily Zac somehow put a stop to it, his 'talk' to the class turned the tables, he'd spoken to Tabby's parents about going to the police because it was harassment, not that is going to stop her, I'm sure she'll find another way to get her revenge.  At least one girl had the decency to apologise to Olivia.

Something odd going on with Ellie too, what was with the lying to Matt, who is seems is back at the garage, about Evie deserting her?  I don't think Mason did anything wrong that Evie had to get her knickers in  a twist about, he was just acting like a friend, without benefits, would.  Liked the look of amusement on Matt's face when he caught Evie and Mason in the car, I use the term loosely, whe he opened up the garage.

It seems Leah and Zac's idea of being apart is working going by the way they were acting like a couple of love sick teenagers. Marilyn seemed disappointed when John wasn't that impressed, but must have had second thoughts as he consulted Chris about it later. Good idea, imo anyway, by sending Marilyn a love letter and letting her think it was from an unknown admirer, pity it backfired as Marilyn was sharper than I thought she was reckoning John wouldn't use the word fleet but flotilla (or was that the other way round)?  She now thinks it's Chris!
