Leah's become insufferable! Her folks would have told her to fight for her marriage.  She didn't quit on Dan when he got in bed with Amanda

So long Phoebe. Don't hurry back.

The Morgan tripe is just sleepwalk... I'd rather it'd had been Tori who'd been nicking meds in order to keep up at work to beat fatigue.

Glad John is out.

I guess the repairs that happened to this show sometime last year have slightly been undone.

I can understand, in a way, Deacon's anger at John, an arsonist took his family away from him and it would be hard for someone like him to believe John wasn't totally responsible for his actions and what he did wasn't deliberate. That last scene between him and John was moving and John held onto his anger and talked him down, that's the John Marilyn loves. Morag did a good job getting out him quickly by doing some behind the scenes dealing without putting him into more danger. He's gong to be Community service the same as Hunter did for his setting fire to Leah's house.

Lovely idea of Zac so arrange with Roo's help that lunch, but Leah had to go and spoil it by bringing up what Zac did and still not willing to admit her part in it.   Zac wanted to support her and VJ with Luc, but no Leah wanted to act the martyr and do it all herself so pushed any offer of help away.  All because he didn't tell her spider Sam was back, to be honest he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't.

Phoebe doesn't leave for another three weeks and now not only has Justin Brody to worry about, Ava shows up!  Honestly don't parents know what their kids are up to?  She's only nine but has, apparently, travelled all the way from the city on her own to see her dad!

Well, it makes a change for Raffy to be the one in the loop and the others to be blundering around like idiots.Unfortunately, the show continues to fail to come up with a decent reason why she doesn't just tell Justin, especially when he fails to comprehend the idea that an addict who says they're clean might be lying.Meanwhile, Brody goes to new lows in just about every way possible, resorting to stealing and then getting firmly on Zannis' wrong side.(I still don't quite understand who this guy is and why he's suddenly replaced Lena, but I guess we'll just have to run with it.)Oh, and Nate came back.

I'm really not buying Marilyn's reaction.I dunno, maybe I'm being harsh, maybe she could bury the doubts while she was defending John to everyone but now that it's over they're coming to the surface. But I'm really not seeing any sign that John's been changed by being in prison, he seems the same as ever without even the short fuse and evasiveness that Zac demonstrated when he got out.So I really don't get why Marilyn's suddenly mistrusting him, it's like she's been taking lessons from Leah in how to be unreasonable to a husband who's trying to do the right thing.

Not sure what to make of Phoebe leaving.  Part of me feels glad given her often self-righteous nature although I feel she occasionally shows glimpses of brilliance.  So is she definitely gone then?

The cliche of the drug dealer and the BMW holds form.  I know this has been done to death but I'm finding it quite funny the lengths Brody is going to pay him.  I was laughing at the lies he told Raffy when he was about to take the Xbox, the way he was trying to evade capture when he broke into one of the vans and then when he was caught red handed going through the draws at the Summer Bay caravan park and he was lying his head off to Roo.  Although it looks like he's going to pay for their dog eating the drugs.

So James has left Roo alone to bring up the baby by herself.  Can't really say I blame him.

Given Nate's tendency to act like a child in the past in certain situations, I can't help thinking he's decided to give up medicine because even though he quit he feels betrayed by Tori as he had to do it to stop her getting in trouble for showing favouritism and being unprofessional.  And I also think that was why he didn't have much contact with her when he was away and didn't immediately go to see her when he got back.

I am glad John's out even though putting Billie's death aside I think he's very lucky to only receive community service.

I like to see a day where the writers can forget trying to bring back BLUE HEELERS and do a Crime free storyline. Thats goes for Neighbours and others as well.

Raffy has now twice caught Brody acting suspiciously but once again has allowed him to talk his way out of it.  That said she is more aware than the others that there is something going on, the others seem to have buried their heads in the sand. Tori was totally oblivious as to why he was so desperate for her to draw money out being more interested in commenting on that she thought she saw Nate out on the water. His trying to rob the residents of the caravan park went south and wouldn't who was robbed  report they had money missing? Be interesting to see how he talks his way out of being beaten up.

Just when Nate and Tori finally become a not so secret couple he goes off in I suppose what you could call a trip to 'find' himself, he comes back with not a word to Tori and declares he's giving up medicine, found it odd Tori didn't ask him where this left them as a couple.

Marilyn only knows the John  he is now but John is a different man now to those who remember him when he was first in the bay, he was quite a bully towards his stepson Trey and liked chucking his weight about back then and got into a few brawls. He was an unpleasant man.  It was only when he met Gina he had a change of personality and become the sometimes buffoon he portrays. Her seeing him lose it in prison made her see him in a totally new light.  She should have told him her fears but now it's just going to bubble away inside her and blow up in both their faces.

It does seem like the show has kind of got it in for the older female characters at the moment. All of them have been hugely annoying, to the point that I pretty much cheered when Leah slapped Irene, who has been very self-serving where Luc is concerned.I'm actually on Leah's side there, even though I disagree with the way she's treating Zac.Part of me was disappointed that he abandoned his plan to give her a piece of his mind, even though his declaration was, as Roo said, quite sweet...until he took a rather nasty dive.Rather odd that we got a credit for a Zac Stunt Double when the fall took place off screen:I can only assume that was him in the one long shot of him on the roof.

Talking of stunt doubles, Brody takes a beating but his family are once again left chasing their tails, being rightly suspicious and then dismissing it.Brody has clearly learnt that mixing a bit of truth in with the lie helps, as Tori gives him enough money to pay off his dealer and doesn't think to wonder why he needs a little bit more...

Actually a good episode today. I didn't even mind Brody's stuff so much.

I was kind of half-expecting Irene to slap her back (which in all honesty would be a bit more realistic). I Can't really root for either at the minute but they're still both above Ash in anything really (That's not saying much, though, Buddy the Fricking Dog is higher up in my estimation than Ash)

It's funny. We don't get credits for Stunt doubles when they're blatant but When they're not seen they're do.

Zacs fall was unintentionally hilarious.

i mentioned a couple of weeks ago I'd started to turn a corner with Leah and I felt sorry for her in this episode. But, having said that, I can't argue with Irene wanting to try and patch things up. Working in that diner st the moment must be madness. They've all got stuff going on!!

I think the Morgan's keep accepting Brody's excuses too easily and I was really behind Tori laying into him at the hospital and making him take the test. However she then just believed everything later on in the day. I guess the results were the validation she was looking for? This will only get worse....
