She knew full well that as doctor Rachel had to respect patient confidentiality but she didn’t appear to give two hoots. In one way I agree with you but another I don't. She may not have cared that Rachel has to respect patient confidentiality but she probaly wasn't thinking that was very important if shes trying to save people from cancer. If that was me, I'm sure I would rather save people from getting cancer than making sure a doctor respects patient confidentialy. Interesting to note how people are prepared to slate Kirsty for stringing Miles along yet apparently it’s ok for Belle to string Angelo along - I like that. Maybe its because people like Miles and they don't like Kirsty and that everyone loved Adelle when they were together so they don't mind as they want them back together. I found it interesting when Aden asked Belle how she'd feel if a doctor started hanging out her details to some random girl on a crusade and she said she wouldn't care because I imagine she would care. And why exactly is Belle the one person that can stop the development?For that matter, if the evidence is as damning as Rachel claims, why has no-one noticed before?And how does Belle breaking the law repeatedly save people from cancer?The toxic waste will still be there which is one of the reasons why this storyline really bores me.It all seems to be about Belle and her need to be proved right.It's not as though people are going to catch cancer overnight so why doesn't she leave it to the police, who are already following the legal channels, instead of having a go at Rachel for doing the right thing? Actually, I think what Belle's doing is worse than Kirsty.I'm not even sure Kirsty's even written to Kane, she's just trying to help him from afar while trying to build a stable home for her son, whereas Belle is sleeping with Angelo and lying to him and letting him think they've got a future whilst spending every spare moment pining after her ex, who is similarly making a pass at her whenever he feels like it even though she's supposed to be in a relationship. Bit curious about Jai saying Kirsty is sleeping in Ollie's room.Given that Melody's staying there now and there's only four bedrooms, I assumed Jai and Ollie were sharing.Gonna have to work it out again... That comment really made me laugh. You know why? Because I seem to remember you (or somebody else) making a very similar remark like that shortly after Kirsty came back to the Bay and she was staying at Irene’s. You really do think a lot about things. Please don’t tell me you lie awake at night wondering were Kirsty’s sleeping. I should be doing that. There are an endless number of rooms upstairs e.g. Jim Robinson's house in Neighbours, Irene's in HAA An infinite number of waifs and strays can move in. I don't want to say I told you so but........ when I mentioned a connection between the toxic waste and the number of people in the Bay who had cancer I was pooh-poohed. I agree Belle would have been the first to complain if the boot had been on the other foot. Funny how noone has mentioned Sally and her cancer??? I'd forgotten about Byron. Noone had reason to connect the cancer cases before as noone knew about the toxic waste until now. Homeandawayoxo, If it is proved the toxic waste was the cause of all the cancers, then the survivors and the relatives of those who died could claim compensation, which is probably why the council kept quite about it. I was surprised at Miles outburst, but you couldn't blame him, how is he supposed to believe Kirsty when she said she hadn't been in contact with kane when she has lied to him so far. The cat is out of the bag about her escort work, but as Miles said to Martin he knew 'everything' he would naturally think he meant everything. When Miles said to Leah he had been duped by two women Jazz and now Kirsty, I did think at last Jazz was up front about the way she was. Was it just me or was there nearly a moment between Miles and Leah? Miranda & Janice514, I think ALL soap houses are TARDISes, it must be written into the contract or whatever. Red Ranger 1 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 Yes, I am the one who keeps wondering how many rooms all the houses have.The current Red Ranger tote:Caravan park four, Leah's place three, Roman's place four, Irene's place four, Tony's place four (used to be three before they built the extension), Jack and Martha's three.(Have I missed anywhere?) They did eventually explain that they turfed Annie out of her room to make room for Kirsty.As to where everyone's sleeping at the caravan park these days, the only other thing that makes sense is that Alf and Jai are sharing and Ollie(and now Kirsty)is in the box room.Mind you, Melody seems to be sleeping in the room that Kirsty and Ollie were meant to be in before Kirsty got together with Miles... Mrs Bishop Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 Probely the out side gosh I have all ways wondered about the insides then my illusion was shattered when they said indoor shots were in the studio oooooooh these people but one thingf that dod puzzle me was when Amanda first came into Home and away for Dan and Leahs wedding and they were all in the living room, right Amanda asked if she could use the bathroom and leah pointed threw thee and it was off the living room but one time Dan wemt and he went down the Hall. I would say Kirsty is in some bug trouble with this escorting now it turns out she will lose her job if she dosent carry on was that in the terms of her work agreement? Red Ranger 1 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 So, Belle's moved from lying to Angelo to actually cheating on him.Maybe she and Aden do belong together(as Aden told us, about twenty times)despite being utterly wrong as a couple:They both seem equally annoying and unlikeable at the moment.And I see his sexphobia's completely vanished, Belle didn't even bother to give the "We don't have to do this if you don't want to" speech before jumping into bed with him.Although he's still guilt tripping her with the whole "If I haven't got you, I won't be able to sort myself out" thing, so he's not changed that much.
