Agreed! I was in shock for those last 20 mins or so. I NEVER expected that! :o :o I only snapped back to reality when it ended and I needed more!! Season 6 cannot come quick enough! <_<

AMAZING finale. One of the best I've ever watched, methinks. :o

I absolutely loved the whole man-being-dragged-by-the-bus thing. Very clever and a good shocker.

I just never, ever thought that it would be our 007! I picked up on Alex calling him that, but it just made me smile. I didn't think it would end like that

Great eppy though! I'm behind on a lot of my programmes, but that's got to be the best finale I've seen this year so far!

I watched the final few minutes of the finale and wish I hadn't now because in Ireland we're only around 5 or 6 episodes behind and I hate ruining my TV shows by watching ahead on the internet :(

and I really think that they are both not dead

Another thing , the song that played at the end "Off I Go" was specially made for Grey's Anatomy

Absolutely LOVED the finale. I've rewatched it twice already, it was that good.

It took me forever to figure out the 007 thing, I didn't get it until Meredith went out shouting "it's George!"

It's so wrong that I'm wishing away my summer to see what happens in September :(

Aww it was sooooo sad! :(

The saddest and most intense season final I have ever watched on television.

When John Doe wrote 007 in Meredith's hand, I immediately knew it was George, what a shock!

Such a shocking episode! I really can't wait for season 6.

Oh wow

I kept thinking it was something to do with the person who saw him and they were already together or something dodgy. I didnt pick up on it till meredith clicked.

That was so sad when Izzy and George looked at each other at the end

George and Izzie's future on Grey's Anatomy - REVEALED !!!

Katherine Heigl will return to Grey's Anatomy next season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The actress, who plays Izzie on the ABC medical drama, will reportedly continue on the show despite rumours that she would be leaving.

Heigl recently said that she was unsure about her future with Grey's after the season five finale saw her character flatline after brain surgery.

Earlier this week, it was announced that Heigl's co-star T.R. Knight is exiting the drama following speculation that both his character George and Heigl's Izzie would be killed off.

T.R. Knight has admitted that his decision to leave Grey's Anatomy was a difficult one.

Earlier this week, the actor and show creator Shonda Rhimes confirmed that Knight's George O’Malley character would not be returning for the sixth season of the ABC series.

He said in a statement today that he is "extremely grateful" for his time spent on the hospital drama, TV Guide reports.

"Leaving Grey's Anatomy was not an easy decision for me to make. I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to play this character and will miss my fellow cast and crew very much.

"I continue to wish them the very best, and wholeheartedly thank all of the fans who have supported me and the show with such passion and enthusiasm."

The announcement follows speculation that the 36-year-old had asked producers to write him off the show. Rhimes had previously labelled the rumours as "ridiculous".

Knight's part was last seen on the show's season five finale, flatlining and being defibrillated after he was struck by a bus.

Katherine Heigl’s character of Izzie was also rumoured to have left, however it was reported earlier today that she will remain on the programme.

This is kinda good news , I duno because I love George and Izzie and don't want either to die but if I had a choice between the 2 it would have to be Izzie
