lilaccat Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Isaiah Washington has been causing lots of **** on the show. He said to the actor who plays George "I'm not your faggot!" or something along the lines of that and got into a fight with Patrick Dempsey. He will be leaving the show and they will be replacing him with another African-American actor (it's not known whether they're recasting the character or getting a new one). Really! I knew about the bust up but I didn't realise he was leaving. I hope they just get a new character. It could be quite easy now to let his character go and get a new one. I found the first episode rather boring after such a great season finale
Andy Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol was on the ad for the season finale in New Zealand It's also used on the Seven promo in Australia. The song is played during the season finale episode.

claire_louise Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Who is Isaiah Washington? Does he play Burke?
Nathan Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington has apologized to his co-stars following his heated argument with Patrick Dempsey on the set of the medical drama earlier this month. Washington and Dempsey came to blows over shooting issues, but soon resolved their problems. Following the incident, rumours surfaced Washington had used a homophobic slur during the argument. Ten days later their co-star TR Knight, who plays Dr. George O'Malley, revealed he was gay. In a statement to People magazine, Washington says, "I sincerely regret my actions and the unfortunate use of words during the recent incident on-set. Both are beneath my own personal standards. I have nothing but respect for my co-workers and have apologized personally to everyone involved." The creator of the show Shonda Rhimes has also announced that Washington will continue on the show following his public apologies.

angelcountry10 Posted November 8, 2006 Report Posted November 8, 2006 Hey guys, Theres a new forum started for Greys Anatomy by some American guy. Its not bad, just doesnt have a lot of members yet. There are spoilers and episode run downs, which are particularly interesting for us Aussies who are behind the US. the address is www.greys-fans.org give it a shot, and hopefully with more members it can be the number one point of info for spoilers and rumours!
Eli Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 I'm not sure how far behind the US Australia and UK are, so I'm posting everything with a spoiler tag just in case. If you've seen season 2 there's no spoilers here: Does anyone have the clip shown at the end of a season 2 episode (not sure which one) where George talks to Meredith about him being the one to hold her hand and buy her tampons, and then he says she can't pick a dog over him. Does anyone also know the episode name/number of the one with that train accident and those two with that stick.thing through them, and then they had to separate them?
nomes Posted December 12, 2006 Report Posted December 12, 2006 Season 2 is being released in Australia on Jan. 10th
