From reading the article, it doesn't sound to me like John Paul pounces on Craig, or the other way round, it just seems like something that happens. Obviously Hannah sees the kiss..... According to James Sutton (JP) it's more of a matey kiss - though it does linger... The gossip spreads around school and the next day JP admits to everyone that he's gay. Craig's furious that people also think he's gay. Things boil over during a football match when Craig tries to prove his maculinity and he beating JP to a pulp...... Poor JP!
