xGlowingAngelx Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 I'm the opposite, I really like Val. She adds humour to where the Valentine's seem to seriously lack. I don't like this accent they have her putting on though. Bernice had a normal accent, and it's odd. I'm also a huge Danny/Lauren fan. Danny is a real cheeky kinda guy that you'll either love or hate, and Lauren, well, it's just nice to see her, given that she wasn't around for a large period of time. I think she's great and her friendship with Newt is just ! I do fear they're going to turn that into romance though, which I totally don't want. Jake's just terrible. He has actually gone mad. Nancy has completely fallen under his spell, which is a shame, because I loved the fun spirited Nancy that was great to watch when she first arrived. And of course we have Charlie, who will no doubt turn out to be Justin's son. Funny thing is, Justin acts so much more mature than Jake does and, whilst I don't think any of them should be allowed to look after him, I think Justin would be a better option in the long run. He seems to have really quitened down just lately. And with Katy leaving There's nothing really standing in his way.
Reo Posted January 2, 2008 Report Posted January 2, 2008 If this current storyline with Jake possession over Nancy doesnt lead to his death, arrested or leaving..Then I think I will have to go into the soap myself and kill him. I think Channel 4 is showing the episode now..But I couldnt believe what he did to Nancy..What is going through that guys head! Justin should take action to get Charlie..Even though he doesnt know he 'maybe' the father, he also didnt see any proof that he wasnt. I dont know why he is still there..I think he is the most hated character, his character does nothing at all but moans.. He killed a woman but somehow didnt go to jail..I couldnt believe it when I watched the episode where he got away with it. Jake needs to die.

He thinks he'd perfect when he'sclearly not. He's had an affair, killed a woman and got away with it, Beat up numerous people, slept with his dead wife's sister and is possibly putting a baby through a time of his life he could well resent him for in the future. There's nothing to like about him.
