OMG it is

Clare. It was said that Gemma Bissix will be returning to one of her former soaps ,either Eastenders or Hollyoaks!! I will soooo be watching her return . Maybe just what Hollyoaks needs right now to boost ratings.

I cant wait so much !!!!!

I may not watched Hollyoaks anymore, but

I am gutted that Chris is leaving. I adore Justin to pieces and his departure will be so sad. I assume it's Claire that will be returning, which could be rather interesting. I always hoped she would for some final confrontation, so that should be good. Clare setting fire to the Loft with them in would be awesome.

I can't see Justin killed off though because of Chris quoting "It's time for me and Justin to move on" Justin could hardly move on if he's dead. So either I've read too much into that or the fire will kill Warren and Justin will simply decide to leave the village given that Warren was the only person really he bothered with. Apart from Hannah, but that wouldn't last anyway. I wouldn't mind them killing him off though because although I love him, killing him off would make for an explosive exit, which I do think he deserves, given the time he's been there and the stuff he's worked with.

Something else that got me thinking was that the c4 website has given us a specific date for some explosive scenes. Given we're talking 2 months away, the episode for that day must be planned down to the last drop, which is rather exciting and hopefully a sign of some amazing viewing.

Thing is, now I know J is leaving, I'll have to start watching again so I don't miss his departure. But how on earth do I get back into it? lol.

Same here Amy I have no clue how I can get back into it either, its been so long since I watched it properly :( as in a regular basis

My prediction is that over the next two months Hannah and Justin fall madly in love. Then

Clare returns and kills Warren and Justin, and possibly gets killed herself in the fire (they can't have her escape again!).

After that Hannah will be completely

devastated by Justin's death, and have a relapse into her eating disorder.

It could go a couple of ways from there,

she could recover and leave at Christmas, or never recover and eventually die.

As for the pregnancy rumour, who knows? Many of the rumoured storylines in Hollyoaks over the past year have been completely rubbished by everyone at first, and then turned out to be true. If Hannah does get pregnant, maybe she'll lose the baby, which could play a part in her

having a relapse

, or maybe she will have the baby. If she falls pregnant in April, it could plausibly be born by Christmas

just before she leaves.

Much as this is going to sound awful, as a viewer who just loves Drama, I like the idea of Hannah falling pregnant and then losing the baby. That on top of what could possibly be

Justin's death

would be the most perfect dramatic set up for a departure. However, when they first told us Hannah was leaving, before Emma decided to stay on a bit longer, they said that she would find happiness as the end, so if the intend to stick with that, it's anybodies guess how she'll leave. Personally, I quite like the dramatic one more because, providing they have the right script and the acting is well played (Not too overplayed which, although I like her, Emma Rigby has had a habit of doing before now. Just my opinion, though), it could be amazing.

But with all these departures involved in this in some way or another, it'll be exciting to see just how it all plays out.

Now.... I must start watching again. If I started soon, would I be too confused baout what's happening? From what I gather from quite a few people, the shows at a bit fo a loss at the minute and I'm not missing much? In which case it should be relatively easy to slowly slip back in to watch....

That depends how long you haven't been watching it for. When did you stop watching? I don't think you would be too confused if

Clare comes back for revenge,

because that storyline goes back to September 2007, and nothing to do with that has developed since than. However, if

Warren's enemy is Calvin, Nige, or Louise(back from the dead)

, that will be more to with recent events since just before Christmas, so you may be confused by that.

The current storylines are all quite stupid and not really going anywhere. Kris, Nancy and Ravi are having a weird three-way relationship; Ste and Josh are both trying to get Amy, which is hardly a new turn of events, Josh is currently with her, but that may change; Sarah's sexuality is up for question, and she may come out as a lesbian; Sasha is being annoying as usual; Zak and Michaela are together; Darren and Jack are back from prison and their lives are a mess; Dom has moved on from Tina with a stripper called Loretta; Tony and Jacqui have broken up for the millionth time; Zoe's brother Archie is chasing after Sarah; Mercedes and Malachy are married and broke; Justin and Hannah like each other, but they are both dating members of the Roy family, Leila and Ash; Newt has dumped Lauren because she has become extremely nasty and cruel to people, especially Anita Roy; Ste is dating Theresa, but he really wants Amy; Russ is doing nothing, as usual; Cindy is being her usual self; Steph has opened a dance school; Carmel and Calvin's marriage is in trouble because of Calvin's illegal shenanigans. That's about it.

It was around Christmas that I stopped watching, because they changed the schedules over Christmas and I go all confused and missed some :P I never reallt got fully into it again. I'm aware of little bits because my sister watches it, so I'm fairly sure I know the main jist of the Warren/Calvin/Nige stuff too.

Yeh I'm aware of all those current going ons! YEY! I just haven't watched them. Mainly because I can't stand Nancy, Ravi, Ste, Josh, Amy, Dom (BORING), Loretta (Sweet, but dull as a brush), Archie, any of the Roy's ('Cept Bell. I like her), Newt, Lauren, Russ or Calvin. So that only leaves a small percentage of the cast that I do like and most of those are being either severely underused or being used in storylines that aren't nearly allowing them their full potential. The one person I was mainly interested in was Tony and he went away and now he's back and doing what I get the impression is nothing but playing on again/off again with Jacqui. Much as I've always shipped that relationship, I'm terribly bored now. They completely missed an amazing oppurtunity with the Theresa storyline a few months ago which would have been a superb storyline for Nick Pickard.

You don't even need to watch anyway, the spoilers on the official site are so detailed they give away the entire plot in full. I reckon the events coming up in May will be the first significant things to happen this year so far. Hopefully it will pick up after that.

lmao. Those episode spoilers make me laugh. I haven't read any since I stopped watching though, but they provided a very detailed picture of any missed events I wanted to catch up on.

I hope for their sake it picks up soon. After such a sucessful couple of years, it'd be such a shame to see them slip back into the old show that was slated so much. Unfortunately, what they were doing right back then (Great actors, Great plots) is what they seem to be doing wrong. Some of the recent casting additions have been awful!
