Y she wasn't arrested for attempted murder! Thanks! Clare took Max away for christmas because she knew he was weak and she had complete power over him where nobody could reach them. Because she eptied his tablets, he wasn;t getting any better. OB (The bestest friend he is) didn't give up and went in search of Max. Clare faked that Tom was drowining in the lake and Max jumped in after him, only to discover Tom was fine and wasn't in the lake. OB arrived as Max was drowining. He PUNCHED calre and pulled Max from the river. Max was in hospital but pulled through. Clare was arrested but wasn't charged.
