Open your banner

Select an Area

Desaturate it (ctrl+shift+u)

As requested by Kirst

Animation:

1. Prepare your bases, crop etc:

screen2.jpg

2. Move all the bases on top of one:

screen3.jpg

3. Once you have an avatar with all the pictures on top close the others and click this:

screen4.jpg

4. Once your in Adobe image ready open your animation window:

screen5.jpg

5. Now heres where it gets tricky, multiply the base in the animation window, multiply it by how many pictures there are :

screen6.jpg

So if you have 5 different pictures on top of one another then multiply it 4 times because there is an original

6. This is hard to describe but click on the first picture in your animation bar, on the right make sure only one picture can be seen

screen7.jpg

So click a picture: screen11.jpg

and then the pictures being shown: screen8.jpg

Click another picture and: screen9.jpg

And so on: screen10.jpg

7. Decide the duration of each picture (how long it can be seen before it moves on)

Click where it says 0 secs: screen13.jpg

And pick: screen12.jpg

Sorry for the bad explanation but ask questions if you have problems or get confused, I would love to see results but remember put under link!

This is a tutorial for blending in Adobe Photoshop 7.0. The features I mention are most likely to be included in other versions of Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro, just in different places.

Please do not take this tutorial for your site or another forum, because evry screen print etc was taken by me. icon1.gif

1. You will need two or more pics for your blend, I used these three.

2. Use the rectangular marquee tool to select the part of the pic you want to blend with the other.

Like this:

3. Then, use the move tool to drag the selected area onto the other pic, where you want them to blend together.

Like this:

4. Do this for the other pic, if you have one and you should have something that looks like this:

5. Then add your brushes, textures etc and you're done!

This is my finished product!

Sorry that the 2nd before last pic came out small, its just Photobucket being annoying :P

I know its a looong time since this was posted but i dont get this. I did like it said but it doesn't work, its just like cutting one picture in another. That doesn't look good cuz its a big line between the photos.

I dont know if this was the only blend tutorial but this one is not working for me  Can anyone help?
