From base.jpg to 4-45.jpg

1. Duplicate base and set to screen

2. New layer. Fill with FFFF00 and set to soft light

3. New selective color layer with the following settings :

Reds: -100 / +100 / +100

Yellows: -45 / 0 / -30 / 0

Magenta's: -100 / -100 / -100

Neutrals: +100 / -20 / -90 / +35

4. New selective color layer with the following settings:

Reds: -100 / +100 / +100

Yellows: -100 / -20 / -25 / 0

Greens; 0 / 0 / 0 / 0

Neutrals: +10 / -20 / -21 / +18

Black 0 / 0 / 0 / 0

Your done :D

If it comes out wrong, Its most likely my fault for writing such a crappy tutorial

Nice tutorial. One thing though, when you say "new adjustment layer" it would be nice if you say which one lol. There are a lot of adjustments you can chose from. I bet you meant selective color and this is my result:
