Thanks you two ill try get more up tommorow Uni's started now so I won't be online as often to get chapters out. But hopefully ill still beable to update a bit each week inbetween Uni and work and spending time with my mates.

Chapter 18

“Hey Flynn” I say as I answer the door the next morning,

“Hey Matilda how’s the patient?” he asks me, as he walks in

“well she’s loving being pampered and she was fine once we got home and the pain died down she woke up during the night from the pain but she was fine once we gave her some more of the medicine you gave us” I said, “Come on up Flynn she’s up in her room reading her book with Lucas, she’s enjoying the quiet time with mummy and daddy while the other two have to go to school” I say laughing as I start up the stairs.

“Hey sweetie Flynn’s here” I say walking in the room,

“Hey” Lucas says looking up,

“Hey, now then how’s my favourite patient” Flynn says to Chloe as she looks up from where she sat studying the book as she sat on Lucas knee,

“I’m ok it’s a bit sore” she says softly

“Well maybe you can have some more medicine now if you hadn’t had some more this morning, just let me have a look at your arm” he says as he kneels down beside her Lucas puts the book down while he holds Chloe still on his knee I walk behind them resting my hand on Lucas shoulder as I watch Flynn look at the top of Chloe’s arm and her cast,

“Well from what I can see its starting to heel very nicely already and I would say that we should be able to get her plaster off in the next couple of weeks, if everything keeps going to plan, I’ll give her some more medicine it should knock her out for a bit she already seems a little drowsy to me” Flynn says as he looks in his bag before pulling out some medicine and feeding some to Chloe,

“When can she go back to school?” Lucas asks

“I’d say she can start again next week no problem” he replies

“That’s good we will have to go back then ourselves” Lucas says we had taken the day off wanting to stay with Katie after what happened, Sally had completely understood while Lucas being the boss could take the time off whenever he pleased.

“Flynn we have something else we thought we should mention to you” I say as Lucas wraps his arms around me as we stood in the kitchen half an hour later

“Yeah go ahead” he says looking at us curiously,

“I’m pregnant” I say smiling

“That’s great news I’m happy for you” he says

“Thanks its great, we are just both a little anxious and stuff though you know with what happened before so we wanted to know if you’d be able to fit us in for an appointment as soon as possible so we can check everything’s ok” Lucas says as he rubs my back softly

“Yeah that won’t be a problem I’ll check my schedule and give you a call as soon as I find out when I can fit you in the main thing Matilda is to just make sure you get plenty rest and take things easy” Flynn says as he picks up his bag,

“Thanks for coming” I say

“Yeah cheers mate” Lucas says

“bye” Flynn replies.

Chloe is so adorable. And Mattie and Luke together with her is even more adorable! I really hope everything is going okay with the pregnancy... but thats for us to find out in another chapter. Very sweet, very fluffy, I loved it Jackie, can't wait for more!

Aww, that was so sweet Jackie. I wonder how the kiddies will take the news when Mattie and Lucas breaks it to them. Aww, Dylan will be stoked!

Chapter 19

“So when do you want to tell the kids and stuff about you having another baby?” Lucas asks me as we lay in bed that night,

“I think we should wait until after the appointment with Flynn until we know that everything is ok” I say sighing as I lean further into his chest,

“It’s going to be fine we are going to make sure that you take things easy this pregnancy and everything will run along smoothly, its good that Flynn was able to fit us in tomorrow I can’t wait to see how many weeks you are gone, and to see our baby” he says as he traces circles on my arms with his fingers,

“Yeah I can’t wait either, and I look forward to being waited on hand and foot by you” I say smiling,

“that’s good because that’s what its going to be like and this like you are not going to be stubborn and ignore me when I tell you to take things easy” he says sternly he’s right I was so stubborn about letting everyone help me when I was pregnant with the triplets but after what happened earlier in the year I’m not going to take any chances.

“Anyways how do you think the kids will react?” Lucas asks

“Well I’m not sure about the girls but Dylan’s already told me that he wants a baby he wants a little boy though he feels outnumbered he says” I said smiling as I remember our conversation,

“Yeah it would be nice to have another male in the house so that we are equal, and I’m sure Chloe and Katie will be just as happy about us having a baby as their brother will be” Lucas says before kissing me softly.

“You sure your ok having Chloe today mum we just thought it would be best if she had another day off school and with me and Lucas having to pop out for a bit we thought it might be a bit of handful if we took her with us you know what its like” I say stopping when I realise I’m rambling I can’t help it one of my nervous habits,

“No worries it’s a pleasure to look after my grandbaby, anyways where are you two off anywhere special?” mum says I can tell she’s suspicious of where we are going probably because of my rambling, Lucas squeezes my hand letting me know he will speak up this time, presumably so that I didn’t give anything away he knew me too well,

“Oh we are just going out to lunch and to do some shopping then we wanted to stop by the office I need to check everything is going smoothly” he says “anyways thanks again mum we best be off now” he says,

“Yeah thanks mum see you later, see you princess” I say to mum and chloe,

“yeah see you later angel, see you Beth” Lucas says,

“See you mummy see you daddy” Chloe says waving at us from where she sat playing with her toys.

“From what I can see from the tests I have taken I can confirm that you are pregnant now I’d like to do an ultrasound so that we can check everything is ok and to see how far along you are, if you want to go and change into the gown then we can get the ultrasound underway” Flynn says as he passes me the gown,

“Ok thanks Flynn” I say as Lucas helps me down from the bed, I’m so nervous I just want everything to be ok I don’t know what I’d do if it wasn’t.

I don't hate you, I'm just a tad annoyed

It was so cute, Mattie and Luke fluff is so adorable and the idea of another mini Hunter/Holden running around is soooo brilliant. Add that to the memory of Flynn and its a wonderful update... I just really really hope everything is okay with the baby. And then I hope the girls take things okay... I can't wait for Dylans reaction though!
