Okay...I'm buying a new computer (long story) and they're offering me 'Coral Paint Shop Pro X Premium'. Is it any good, and is it a lot different to Photoshop? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :D x

I think that that's Paint shop pro, which is like Photoshop, with less/different options. You don't get things like Selective coloring with PSP. Photoshop is better, from what I've heard.

Thanks, Cat. I think I'm gonna stick with Photoshop, then. I don't wanna complicate matters, lol. :P

Apply them on a new layer, then duplicate it once or twice.

Thanks .Cat. but it still seems to fade . . . maybe I need to use darker colours?

What color are you using? At the brush tool bar, at the top of PS, there should be something that says 'Strength'. Make sure that it says 100 next to it.
