No...when you drag the texture over the base, there's an option box on the far right-hand side of the screen with a drop down menu. Normally it is set to 'Normal', but you can change it to screen/light/darken/multiply, etc. This will make it more "see through", so to speak. :)

The only drop down menus are "Brushes/Tool presets/Comps", "Colour/swatches/styles", "navigator/info/historgram".

You are using Photoshop, right? These options should be in the Layers pallette. :unsure:

This might be the stupiest question ever, but...

When I want to use new brushes, I drag-drop the .abr file into a folder called "brushes" (which is in the folder for PS), and load them brom the brush-"menu" in PS. There is also a folder called "textures" - does it work the same way? If so, how?
