It's been a while since I've used Photoshop, but I think that if you type your text into the box, as normal, if you hover your mouse in and around the box, a set of arrows should appear that are kinda curved. You can then use that to rotate the writing. Does that make sense?

You know everytime you make a new layer etc. Well the layer is there, but it dosen't sho up down there , so If I want to delete the layer, I cant! :eek: EDIT: I restarted the program and it's all in order now

But if your image is vector (eg. like clipart in work for instance) which is mde of flat colour layers to make up wone picture then you can. So any pictures and stuff you can't. There are thing sou can do to make certain parts look better like blurring and all but it will just blur it and not mak the picture any better quality. hope that makes sense :S
