Help on Image Editing Software

Its a media player frequently used for capping.

Can you use windows movie maker for capping?

I know how to do it now the only problem is i can't get it enabled.

I use VLC media player and the caps are awesome! I play all my dvds on there

Anyway - Photoshop... I recently clicked on something random and cant get rid of the rulers. Does anyone know how?

Um I think maybe go view and untick "rulers".

And Amy, how is it enabled? Like what happens when you click the camera?
