Ooohh, I can't wait to see the episodes!! Someone at work was telling me how they cried too!

In other news, I emailed TV3 about H&A dates/finale etc... here's the reply I got:

Thanks for your message.

As required by the Distributor, HOME AND AWAY will indeed be taking a break over the summer, and will be back in the new year, but the dates for its final and return are still to be confirmed. As the information is made available we will have it posted on the website, so keep checking back.

We will get to see the season finale, but as we are approximately 6 weeks behind Australia it won't be until it returns next year (and so will not be the season finale for us).

The omnibus will definitely be returning next year also.

Regards,

Well at least the omnibus is returning! I hope all of that helps... But I'm disappointed we won't see the finale sooner... :(

At least we have megaupload for that! :P

Thanks for the information Adia. Hope we get to see episodes up until xmas, i will buy a tv guide tomorrow and find out if Home and Away is still on after next week. Im sure TV3 will want to keep it on as long as possible as i think they have very good ratings for the show from what i have read previously.

Onto todays episode i thought the ending was quite good when it had the music playing and was showing all the couples. I felt like reaching into the tv and whacking some sense into Brad when he was thinking about Sal at the end. Mattie and Ric were cute at the Diner i think they will make a great couple.

Yeah, I heard from somewhere (I think it was in the listener) that Home and Away is the top rating programme in the 5.30pm timeslot. That's why TVNZ are making that new programme "The Point" to go against home and away in the ratings.

I LOVED Rocco's first episode, can't wait to see more of him, and find out more about the gang he was in. It sounds really interesting.

Mattie and Ric were really cute I'm so glad they finally got together. I thought Macca was sweet talking to Matilda as well. Like Cassie said... he's a big softie!

I wonder if Amanda is really going to tell Belle everything?? So much drama! :P

Good news, according to the tv guide i bought today Home and Away is on until at least the 15th December now. On another note the tv guide had the results for the best shows on tv for 2006 as voted by readers and Home and Away was 8th. It finished higher than the likes of Desperate Housewives and Lost. The top 10 shows were:

1. Coronation Street

2. Greys Anatomy

3. Shortland Street

4. Outrageous Fortune

5. Prison Break

6. McLeods Daughters

7. CSI

8. Home and Away

9. 24

10. NCIS

Tasha and Robbie left to go and live in Boston with Josie. Isabel and Jason left to pursue acting careers in Hollywood.

Ric and Maddie are cute together...I hope they last.

Belle and Lucas are odd though...they are sooo different to each other. It is probably Belle's rebound relationship.

Peter's back! There were hints that something was up when Rachel discovered that Jack didn't have Peter's liver. It'll be interesting to see why he's back and where he went. I hope Jack's alright.

I just saw Friday's episode (yay the repeats in the mornings) and I'm slightly disturbed by Belle and Lucas. Is it just me, or are the more or less just having a casual (possible casual sexual) relationship?!
