Exactly. The competition (LIMS) is supposed to be about icon makers recieving feedback, both positive and negative for their artwork, which can help them improve long term. As far as I know, the competition was never set up to be about people voting for the icon simply because they like the people in it. Votes always contain vaild reasons why the voter is voting for that set and if they do not, they person running the competition discounts the non-appropriate votes.

Love the ideas! About number 2....would the couple still have to be together? I suppose the whole Chris/Isabel thing would suggest they still don't have to be together, but I'm just making sure.

I have the same question. Because I have a couple in mind. But they are now divorced. But they were obviously married and they met on this show.

I don't really understand why you have banned Jack & Martha? If it is just because you personally don't like them as a couple, that seems unfair to other people who do. I have plenty of other couples I can make my number 1 icon of so it's no drama ... but they are really the only Home & Away couple I overly ship and if it was only Home & Away characters it might be an issue. But it's not. I'm just wondering.

Anyway I really like this idea! Hopefully will get a chance to get working sometime over the weekend!

^ I don't think I have made my self clear...Jack and Martha have been banned from the favourite on-screen couple section because there are always comments regarding biased voting which I agree with - some people tend to vote for the couple rather than the avatar, they aren't banned from section 3, you can use them as individuals - e.g Martha and Seth OC whatever you want just don't want them used as a couple as an experiment. sorry if it has upset anyone or effects entries, I don't want either to happen. My personal feelings toward J&M? I actually quite like them!

Ok sorry this has taken so long guys and gals I'm not sure how much people will like this, and yeah I'm going to be annoying and people will probably hate me for this Jack and Martha are BANNED sorry guys, I feel bad and I hope it doesn't effect entries. Anyhoo to the contest:

Usual rules apply - 100x100 pixels, PM to me etc etc

1. Favourite on-screen couple (any film or TV show) includes H&A but as above not Jack and Martha *smiles sweetly*

2. Favourite off-screen couple (any film or TV show that they are both from so e.g. Chris and Isabelle not Bec and Leyton I hope it's not too hard)

3. This is a bit inspired by Jess (sevenpuddings) so thanks, Your own 'ship' - can be completely unrealistic e.g. Matilda and Alf, Macca and Martha(yes I know that's a bit gross) it's completely up to you, and you can also use any TV show or film and mix and match so you might want Ryan OC and say Tasha - I don't know use your imagination.
