Maybe she looked after Flynn's mum? when she was in hospital or it's flynn having a dream thing as he is suffering a lot more pain towards the end.

i remember them saying that the body had to be identified using dental records but surely after everything that had gone on they would have been extremely careful about the identification and making sure that she really was dead.
