I think it would be brilliant for Zoe to return. After, the stalker storyline was hugely popular. The footage is clearly new- different uniform etc- and its not impossible that she could have survived. As people have said the explosion could have flung her backwards and she could have then escaped; and the phoenix will arise from the ashes line really has left it open. She could have escaped and been working under a new identity at another hospital somewhere? MAybe that will be related to Flynn's cancer? The trailer doesnt mean that shes had anything to do with Flynn's cancer (Which she couldn;t really have done anyway)

I hope its not some footage from a dream someone's going to have because I think it will be a huge anticlimax, and will disappoint many viewers after such a brilliant trailer- plus, I dont know about anyone else, but the one thing about the stalker storyline that really annoyed me was how she got away with it all and noone was ever able to confront her over it like Kim etc-maybe this will allow that? not to mention she might get caught? LOL

There was no bomb, it was a gas leak which was about doorhandle level and then with Zoe kicking the door open it created a spark and the place blew up, but I was thinking the gas leak was on the outside where Sally was. If Zoe kicked the door open the explosion should have been created outside of the room she was in, which means she could have been flung back and then ducked or covered herself with something and later escaping.

I'm usually not one to liking the idea of a far fetched storyline happening like this, but Zoe returning I think would be the best and such an awesome cliffhanger.

I just hope it's not a dream. The commercial told us the biggest shock was to come and showed Zoe. Now that they've shown us that, she better return, and it better not be a dream sequence of Kims or something.
