I believe that it's Tracey but I reckon the monkeys will whimp out on us and make Dave be the culprit.

But it doesn't make sense for it to be Dave. Why would he torch Peter's car and frame his son for the fires? It seems to much like a personal vendetta. Fair enough the school fire could've been Dave or Steve Braeburn - but it's still a very big coincidence that it's Sally's workplace though.

I don't know about Dave, I'm fairly certain that they've just brought him in as a red herring to divert our attention. Of course that is giving the monkeys a lot of credit that I'm not sure that they deserve.

This is all a repeat of the original Stalker storyline.
