You wont have to wait that long to know if she's alive or not, you will find out the same time as us when you come on here but you will see it later on lol... I doubt it's a dream, "The biggest shock is left to last" then show Zoe. It will be pretty stupid of they build it up then it was a dream

I presume it will be a drug-induced hallucination, either Kim with his party drug or Flynn as he's passing out.

The finale spoiler says "Kim risk's his life to put an end to his pain". Perhaps it is linked to that.

However it also says "But nothing will prepare anyone for the explosive climax that will change their lives forever."

Perhaps that does mean she's back, and Zoe is the explosive climax.

you say it may just be a dream sequence with her looking directly at the camera but it also shows us flyn looking directly at the camera as well.
