Well yeah. Obviously they must have records of her body from when they "were going to identify" her body so she would have to have another name. Its so unfair we've gotta wait nearly another year for this to happen in the UK!

I'm getting sick of repeating myself so I'm just going to quote myself from a few pages back.

3. But she's dead! Yes, she was caught in a gas explosion and, yes, a body was found. But was it Zoe's? It was up to dental records to confirm. Dental records are easy to fake and as a nurse Zoe would have known how.

4. How could she have survived? Who is to say that this wasn't her plan from the moment she busted that gas pipe. Of course I imagine she would have thought it would happen a little differently, blow Sally up and have the police find the two bodies and think that she's dead.

The important thing to remember was that it was a gas explosion. Basically a big fireball, set off by the spark for the door being kicked open. The force of the gas igniting would have pushed the metal door back into Zoe, shielding her from the inital blast, after that all she would have needed to do was make through the fire and take off before the police arrived.

I know. I actually prefer to think of her as Zoe when she's normal but when she's in stalker mode she is Eve. Which really is a credit to Emily Perry's acting for her to create such a definition in the character.

I mean I love Laurie Foell but for me Josie was just a nicer more sane version of Angie.
