Oxidizer Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 I've just realised why I didn't like the last half of the stalker storyline this year, as much as I love her to bits, I have to say it went downhill for me after Tracey's first episode. Maybe its the fact that Zoe works better alone, I don't know, but if you think about it, its obvious Zoe got her new attitude from being loved up, and she wouldn't have hired someone else to do the break ins and send the letters, she'd like to do that herself. That guy was obviously someone Tracey it on to Zoe while planning her second reign of terror in the city. Tracey was awesome but I just feel like she's influenced Zoe's whole character change. It was great when she first arrived and was revealed as the accomplice, but I'm not sure if she was overused a little (I swear, you guys are gonna kill me for this!). But it's the only explanation I can think of so far (other than the monkey's poor writing) which might've ruined the storyline a little.
swfc Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 Man, you guys made it to 600 pages! *pops bubbly in celebration* I loved 'Blank' Rabs. It was great. Andy- In response to your post above, if the monkeys had given us the explanation that we've been dying to get hold of, maybe it would help us a little. Instead, we are left to our speculations as to how everything happened. I agree that Zoe worked better alone. Look at the disaster she caused last year. This year, there was hardly anything of her. She got whatshisface to do all the dirty work for her and Tracey to get information with regards to things such as the surprise engagement party and the town meeting etc... etc.... I can't help but wonder why Zoe didn't do the things on her own. She's perfectly capable of doing so. What with that oh so hot disguise that the cops of Summer Bay wouldn't even notice her whatsoever. *imagines a Peter flirting with Maxine...... even better, Fitzy flirting with Maxine* However, I guess she may have her reasons for not doing so. Once again, another reason why they should've given us the explanation. But, I guess, in some ways, if she had no accomplice, we wouldn't have The Mistress of Hairflips to drool over as well as to use as inspiration to write the great fics that everyone's been doing so. I swear, why does it always have to be the guest stars?!? Why can't it be a permanent cast member?!? P/S: Sorry if that didn't make sense. I've been studying all day and my brains have gone haywire.

And without Trascey..*sigh* I wouldnt be able to read half the amazing fics I have been/or are. So maybe it was a good thing we didnt get an explanation, well good in someways and bad in others. Good as I got to read heaps of Fics, and bad cos I am still curious about how they met.. etc.. Also..Mind If I have a glass?
Oxidizer Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 You guys are so right. Maybe it wasn't Tracey's fault afterall, I reckon it was just because they rushed into the storyline to kick start it then everything took a slower pace to the anti-climatic buildup.

Someone! I was getting bored reading about rats. Seriously, don't ask. It wasn't her fault. It was the monkey's fault for making her this way and for making Zoe different to last time. And that just sounded so stupid.
Oxidizer Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 lol. Rats? And it didn't sound stupid at all! Okay, WTF!? was that? I'm all alone in the house and it sounded like someone pushed my TV over upstairs. Fuuuuuuuuck that!
swfc Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 lol. Rats? Rats and DNA for Anthropology. Something about genetics. I need Zoe's brains. Okay, WTF!? was that? I'm all alone in the house and it sounded like someone pushed my TV over upstairs. Fuuuuuuuuck that! Andy, don't scare yourself again. Else you'll screw up your sleep time and your body clock.
Oxidizer Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 Haha, ahh! Good call. I'll just ignore it. But I gotta tell you about last night whick totally freaked me, I was taking a p*ss (you didn't need to know that ) and I heard a man whistling next to me! Everyone else was downstairs. And just before I went to bed, I saw someone crouching down near the front door for a split second before completely vanishing. This house is creepy but it's kinda fun.
Traceve Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 Maybe the Rats pushed the TV over? BTW, Andy Chrissie! Hello! Would you call me obsessed if I admitted to watching Lauras Tracey vid almost every night before bed?
