Lol.

Uhm, one half of it is in my laptop [don't worry, I saved it somewhere else too] and the other half is on paper. But that's just the first chapter. It's taking a while to get there but my inspiration came to me today. FINALLY. So, I'll be spending the weekend writing. Maybe next week or so. Might get inspired after watching 'Casino Royale' on Tuesday. :P

Very interesting names. Maybe a shorter one might help. One that's straight to the point or something. :P:D

Lol. I don't want to bring your hopes high about it because at the rate that it's going, it doesn't look really that good. But, I'm happy with it so yea.

Ah well, up to you. You're the author. I'm sure inspiration will hit you... :D

I know I said this is the Katrina thread and I can't say this in the NB thread without getting hit for it so the safest place to say it should be here.... I hope.... Lol....

Peter Baker has a thing with women in control. Like Clare and Tracey. He didn't like it when they bossed him around yet, he somehow listened to them. Well, he basically had no choice but to listen to them. And then, after that, they become his potential girlfriend. [Apart from Tracey]

What I love about Zoe is that she was in total control of Peter and that's why he definitely didn't like it one bit. Maybe that's why he's so obsessed with trying to bring her down but he uses the fact that she's dangerous and all that but basically, he just wants to bring her down because he was unable to stand the fact that she had a log of control...

*Scurries off to read 'Control.' :D

Good theories! And quite possibly true.

Remember he blurted out 'I don't care, I can't let her beat me!' really loud in the station when Jack said that he had to be careful or their friends and families could get killed?

I hope so. I really like these ideas for this fic, and it totally could've explained a hell of a lot on the show and brought Zoe and Tracey back for an episode or two.

Lol. I was just ranting.

Yeah, exactly. Didn't he say the same thing or something in the lines of that to Tracey as well? He didn't care about who'd get hurt and all as long as he caught her and as long as he be always one step ahead of her just to have control over the 'game' between them.

Oooo. I can't wait for that. Altho I really, really, really can't wait for SSOAS :P

He did!

Oh! And OMG, that reminded me! I watched that episode where Maxine Trood moves in next door to Peter and he goes into the Diner for a coffee before going to the station and Colleen points out how tired he looked and he said something along the linmes of 'it's my new neighbours, they're making all kinds of noises and keeping me up all night, it's like they're trying to drive me crazy.' Could that be Zoe and Tracey... at it?

I'll definitely finish SSOAS after I've completed Flicker. I promise. :P

^ Andy, you naughty little boy :P

Yeah, I remembered that episode. I actually watched it. It was so funny. Who knows. *Mental images* Boy, I reckon they should announce their arrival back in time with a lovely videotape to Detective Baker. And in that video, [insert naughty thoughts/ideas here]. And, he sees it, and thinks it's some kind of a joke that someone's send to him and with a note saying: Detective Baker. For YOUR eyes only. :P

Then he can get all worked up trying to think if they're alive or not. Heehee...

I'm holding you to that promise. :D

 That would be so funny!

I was thinking of doing a crack!fic were Zoe set up surveillance cameras in his apartment and saw him and Jack after checking up on them at the door... and let's just say those 'bang' notes at the factory had a very different meaning which made Peter annoyed and embarrased.

You can because I will! :P
