Find it kinda hilarious that the set I spent maybe 30 minutes on came second But, I wish I had had more time, which I would if I knew the comp. would be delayed as it was - I only scraped it together in order to join, thinking Liz was just about to post it.

I must have spent a few hours on mine but I am over the moon that I can kinda came joint 3rd because last time I was voted off first! Problem is, now i've got to improve again and I don't fancy my chances

Vote on the set of icons you like the least. You have to give constructive criticism as to why you don't like it, ie. The coloring is too dark to make out the finer details or the cropping is poorly done there and there]. Votes without constructive criticism will not be counted. Here goes...

#4: I don't really get the story they are trying to tell, okay there is life the universe and everything but what about it? I don't see the story myself they just look like they are stating them three things rather than telling a story. In every other set, it is clear to see what the story is but in this one it isn't so clear.

I don't like the fact that they have just put a small picture on a texture for every icon it shows a lack of effort in my opinion, it just looks like they were a bit rushed. On a positive note the text goes with the texture.

I like sets 1, 3 and 5.

#6 - I like the colouring and cropping but I think there's something missing like some text or something, they are slightly plain but that's not always a bad thing!

I love #5, I like the way the song lyrics have been used, also #2, I like the way the text runs in sequence - they're beautifully put together, colouring and cropping almost faultless well done

They're all lovely entries but there is one I like less than the others

#4: I don't get the whole story like Aaron said and they just seem to me a little dull to look at and the colouring is quite dull too

I love #1 because it's very colourful and I like the way the top and the bottom bits are and the text goes really well with the picture

#4,because I just think that the pics are really just thorowen onto the background and it looks a bit funny.Especially the 1st icon the black and white pic looks realy missplaced!

I really like #1,the colouring is really awsome and really good!

I've got to go with #6 - they all just seem a bit plain. The cropping is really nice, however it's just like thats all that was done to change them. Some other tools could have been used, some text would have been great, even if it was only on one of them.

I love Set 4 though, it's such an abstract interpretation of the idea for the LIMS. LoL and the third icon is soooo cleaver... 42 ha! I get it!
