I'd say yes to that one too. As long as you can definitely recognize one person from H&A (unless it's like a landscape av of palm beach or something of course) I'd say it's okay.

Red Ranger, I think you can use a picture as long as you have got permission from the person who provided it and the image isn’t a UK spoiler. This BTTB help section on Avatars explains everything much better than I ever could.
