The Happy Thread!

Palmed my boy off to his grandparents and I'm home alone, listening to my music as loud as I want without anyone complaining and hopefully annoying my next door neighbour at the same time who kept playing the same song over and over this afternoon. Oh and I'm drinking. I was halfway through my first when I felt it affect me. And I can't type properly, I keep making mistakes.

My dad has gone to London for the weekend (to watch some football game ). So my mum, my sister and I are having a girls weekend, which means movies, take away food and lots of junk food.

I won't. I can't drink more than about two drinks in one night. It's pathetic how out of practice I am. I can't even finish a bottle of wine in one night. The said wine is 5% and only contains three standard drinks.

I can't drink much either. I'm not a big fan of alcohol anyway. One glass or two, that's more than enough for me!

on the flip side I've had 2-2.5 bottles of 10% alcohol wine in one go on several occasions and another time I did 10 bottles of WKD blue but it takes 10 bottles to get drunk off that stuff.

Going out for my friend's birthday which was last Tuesday but I don't have a present Guess I'll have to do a bit of last minute shopping.

I went to the Melbourne Writers Festival today and it was really good

and H&A is on in less than 1 1/2 hours!
