Multiple happiness...

1. I have stopped having nightmares, which means my new anxiety/depression meds are kicking in without the side effects kicking my ass. I feel more positive because of it. Plus Managing Depression Group starts next week.

2. My sister is pregnant (first child) and I saw the bubs kick a couple of days ago. I found myself tearing up just looking at little "Freya" kicking. I'm broody lol!

3. I am managing to save cash, which is awesome because I am planning on heading to Birmingham for my birthday treat (Ma is coming with me). Plus thinking of going on one of those days out using Johnsons coach service. This is a big deal for me because I will be going on my own :o!

4. Pa has gone to town with Ma. This has made me happy because he hasn't been to town for 2 years, because he is either working or they are alternating days looking after Nan (who lives with us but needs someone watching her 24/7). He looked so excited to be spending some time with Mum away from the house. Plus he is excited because he ordered himself a reconditioned laptop and wants it to arrive ! I love my 'rents

5. I have found some books on PCOS. Finally they are beginning to show the world that this condition is more than just not being able to have children! Will have to order the books methinks.

I'm just happy at the moment.

That's fantastic news Musie, hopefully things continue to progress in a positive way :)

I'm happy because I have finally managed to control my finances, and start saving as much as I want to each week :)

That's fab Jess, I'm so pleased for you. If you don't mind me asking what medication are you taking? I've tried a few different things but none have really worked that well. PM me if you like. :)

I have been put on.... Paroxetine. It is used for Anxiety disorders as well as depression. It is strange because it has helped my stay away from thoughts of self-harm, yet I know someone who took this medication and ended up self-harming.

Thanks Jess, I'll look it up. I think all medications affect people differently - I've tried various anti-anxiety drugs that would knock your average person out cold but had absolutely no effect on me! If it's working for you that's the main thing. :)
