I am happy because I have got an interview for my first choice of university.

Just need to pass the interview & then I get a place.

But I am so happy. I have been checking my UCAS application 24/7 so to see it change & tell me I had an interview was just ... Wow!

Aww hope it goes well! :D

Thank you.

Well, I finally feel like my life is falling right into place.

Firslty, I have changed my idea of which is my favourite university. I did originally want to stay at home but I really like Canterbury University, but it's about an hour away from where I live (driving - & I don't drive yet), plus, the train's really expensive (almost £20 a day) as well as the fact that I would most likely have to get two trains. So I am probably going to stay away from home now. I have to see how both the university interviews go though. I have them on the 9th & 23rd March.

Secondly, I have a trial run in a couple of weeks time for a job that I applied for a while ago. It will only be part time work on a Saturday but at least I should have something (providing I do well on my trial run).

Good things come in three's right? So hopefully, something else good should happen very soon. Fingers crossed!

Good luck with your interviews and your trial run! :D

Trains are expensive here as well but don't you guys have annual tickets or something like that in the UK? We can have those, which turn out to be a lot cheaper if you're commuting every day. A single ticket from my place to Brussels costs 2.8€ but with the annual ticket, my journey would only cost me 0.29€. My journey isn't very long though. It would be way more expensive for someone who commutes between Antwerp and Brussels and doesn't have an annual ticket.

I'm happy because it's the weekend and I'm having Chinese food tonight! ^_^

After 11 years of being a season ticket holder at Birmingham city with his dad (who has been a season ticket holder for longer than he cares to remember) my gorgeous cousin finally got to a wembely final and the blues only went and won!!! :D :D so chuffed for all the blue noses out there singing their way back to brum!!!
