Received in the mail last night 2 double passes to see The Hunger Games! (Y) Guess I'm seeing it again! Definitely not complaining about that ^_^

Just got back from a short trip to New Zealand and met some really nice genuine people which has semi-restored my faith somewhat...Anyway I definitely want to go back for a longer stay, hopefully next year.

Hi Cecil, :)

I stayed in Invercargill and went to Queenstown briefly. Wasn't the most exciting place but really liked the people in Invercargill and it was good to be somewhere different for a change rather than another city. Queenstown was a tourist's paradise. The only thing I didn't like about it was the amount of UK people I encountered - they were everywhere - although at least I got to meet people from other nationalities.

There were loads of places I didn't have a chance to visit such as Stewart's Island and Milford South.

When I go back I would also like to go to Auckland and Wellington. When I was at the airport they said they were going to reconstruct the city centre at Christchurch. The poster seemed to indicate it would be done by next year but I'm not sure about that. Shame as I would really like spend some time there too.

So what's Auckland like?

^ I'm glad you had a great time :)

I've only ever been down to Invercargill and Queenstown once when I was around 6 or 7 so I don't really remember much of it.

Auckland well it's quite a multicultural area. Auckland City is hectic at times but its a nice place. And the harbor view is great too!

Though I do like 30min away I work in the city (haven't in a while, cause of school) and it is hectic at lunch times. But I guarantee you a lot of fun and great landmarks :D would recommend you come visit sometime :)
