“No,” she laughed, shaking her head, “I haven’t got a dog.” She told him, watching his face deflate. “I’ve got a fish.” She said with a proud gleam. Jack stood still, his face in disbelief.

“A fish?” He repeated blankly. Martha nodded, a happy giggling escaping her lips.

“Yep! But not just any fish – a gold fish!” She declared, clapping her hands together. “Her name is Goldy.” She informed him with glee. Jack rolled his eyes.

“How original…” He muttered sarcastically, giving out a disappointed sigh. Martha smiled at him, pinching his cheek.

“Awww, you looked so excited.” She laughed, teasing his previous expressions.

“I thought you had a dog, not a stupid fis-”

“Don’t you dare.” Martha interrupted, raising her finger and waving it as she warned. “She is my fishy and I shall protect her. You call my fishy, and I shall make your life hell.” She said threateningly.

Well, my Eamon you pronounce as A-mon. (But don't overexaggerate the "o". It does sound a bit like A-men, but then people would overexaggerate the "e" so it'd sound like Amen. ....I picked a great name, didn't I? lol)

It's weird, I know. lol. I did originally have James but then Bay Girl put Jamie in Cry To Me, and as many of you read that, I thought you'd get a bit confused. Eamon is quite different to Jamie, so you're thick if you get confused!

Here we all were predicting that she was going to have a new guy, and we were right. For a while there i actually thought you were going to pull something totally different on us and prove us all wrong; i thought you weren't going to give her a new guy. But gah, you did it anyway.

She still loves Jack doesn't she? She was going to kiss him for godsakes. If she really loved this other weirdo then she wouldn't even be thinking of kissing Jack. 18 months. 18 months and she's already engaged. Geez.

And from the sounds of it this guy doesn't even know about Jack.

I'm upset now.

I have to say Martha is moving on fast, 18 months isn't very long for two people to get to know each other but Martha would have had to grieve for at least six months so she has probably only been with Eamon for one year and they're already engaged.

And if she's been with him for longer she obviously had no trouble getting over Jack.
